Hello, I have a Ryland Home that was built in 2013 and sold in 2014 and I’m having plumbing issues that are obviously a result of how the plumbing was constructed by Ryland Homes. Can someone please contact me this to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Joy, has anyone responded to you? I am too having plumping issues in the house that I bought in 2013. What’s so frustrating is that I can’t get Ryland to assist me.

I purshased a home from Ryland Homes in San Antonio back in 2006 , overall we were happy but just today we had a problem with our A/ C so we hired a local company to replace the whole unit to an upgrade and efficiency. Well little did we know that all along our so called hamper system is not even connected we have a 2 story with 2 thermostats and the upstairs thermostat is not even wired . I need someone from your company to contact me immediately . I think this is why my light bill has been so high in your so called efficient home. I will give you 2 weeks from today or will take it to the local news I’m not going to pay for something I paid for a long time ago.
It seems that you really can’t trust anyone this days.

Purchased a model home in 2011. After a recent pre-purchase inspection of the home, I was informed that the installed main electrical panel is under rated for the electrical service being provided to the home. 125 amp panel with 150 amp service. I assume this may be due to the original configuration of the model. If I could speak with someone who could actually answer a few questions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Good Morning Ryland Homes/Cal Atlantic
I have an issue with my drive way that starting crack always across it before the warranty had expired but I didn’t notice early on because I work out town and don’t come home until Friday afternoon, I live at 6015 Quiet Night Lane, Converse, TX ( Quiet Creek Subdivision) in a new home for about 15 months. I have report this issue to Ryland Homes about my driveway has crack always across it, they sent someone to investigate my problem they inform me that this crack could be from where the waterline and gas line that run under my driveway could have cause it to be sink and cause the cracking. I was told to contact the City Water and Gas they refer me back to the Builder and I contact the HOA about this problem, the also said it the Builder problem. I do believe if the Builder is using low grade cement this will happen. I need someone help with this issue.
