Will take it’s no longer taking me to my apartments anymore but not supporting me and my appointments I travel far distance I live in Garden City Kansas they are no longer taking me to my appointments they’re making me find doctors closer to Garden instead of Wichita. I’ve been up for 4 to 5 years they’re not supporting me and what I do I am my own Guardian I make my own decisions was the company that pays mosaic to take me to where I need to go on my appointments but I Mosaic is deciding that they’re not going to take me anymore because all of my appointments are far distance
This recent appointment that I went they all XXXXXXed at me and yelled at me for no reason and then they told me that they’re not going to take me to any of my appointments ever again I am a client to Mosaic I work for Mosaic in Garden City Kansas Omaha Nebraska it’s not doing anything I wrote to them they turned it over to the Garden City Mosaic that I work for and they’re not doing anything about it they said they would and now it’s still happening mosaic has been really doing good with me until one of the DSM quit after that the starting to really get really antsy with me as a client I make my own appointments and I let them know when my next appointment is and the foot surgery arrange a ride for me to go to my appointment and now they refuse
This Mosaic in Garden City harasses people all the staff that are working in the big shop or standing around doing nothing besides yellow that’s for no reason and it is sitting on their butts for nothing you don’t see what we’re doing they don’t support us the people in the office does not support any of us they think they do but they really don’t spend the few clients and I’m a client to Mosaic but there’s a few clients would love to speak out but they are afraid to what Mosaic would do to them
Not only that I have a staff that is reckless a does not slow down I live off the bypass 5 5 to 7 minutes from Mosaic off the bypass she doesn’t slow down off the bypass she waits till she gets to the stop sign to slam on the brakes and Mosaic not doing nothing about it I reported it and they are not doing anything about it I wrote the corporate office and Omaha Nebraska and they’re not doing anything about it they turn around and have Mosaic in Garden City deal with it and I’m not getting any supportive and I am not getting in a wreck because of a stupid stuff that’s being stupid
Not only that the staff it’s not putting the vehicle in park when I drop me off at mosaic they leave it in drive and they proceeded to unlock the door and still leave them Door and let me out the door of the vehicle that can cause a wreck and that can cause a foot to slide off the brake while rolling and I could be getting off and they will not put it in park
