I own a Tempur-pedic mattress which is supposed to have a 20 year warranty, I recently tried to use the warranty and was denied. I have owned my mattress for three years I have never had a problem with it until I washed a cover that goes over the mattress that apparently is detrimental to its performance. There are no care instructions on the cover, Therefore I assumed it could be washed. I could not of been more wrong it has completely ruined the bed now it feels like I am sleeping on a piece of wood. I was happy about my Tempur-pedic and the warranty until I realized that the warranty is practically impossible to cash in on. Even if your claim is legitimate. I have only owned my mattress for three years it was $4000 and now it’s completely ruined because I wash the cover that you should be able to wash but for some reason it is not able to be washed and ruins your bed completely if washed. As a manufacture I would think that you would make especially bed covers washable. All of the new Tempur-pedic’s have bed covers and they’re all washable, it seems the company has realized that it wasn’t smart to put out a cover that couldn’t be washed. Unfortunately mine is three years old and I’m stuck with this cover that can’t be washed and did get washed and now it’s as a manufacture I would think that you would make especially bed covers washable. All of the new Tempur-pedic‘s have bed covers and they’re all washable, it seems the company has realized that it wasn’t smart to put out a cover that couldn’t be washed. Unfortunately mine is three years old and I’m stuck with this cover that can’t be washed and did get washed and now the entire bed is ruined. Also, the warranty department at Tempur-pedic it really depends on who you get but nine out of 10 are rude and completely unprofessional. I had one lady tell me she could give me a warranty replacement for my bed but that she was not. That’s a direct quote.

My wife and I bought a sealy matress, a few month later a long thin piece of metal pushed thru the side about 4 inches long. Called about the warrenty. Man came out took pictures and checked out everything. Sent in his report, told we would here from sealy in about a week. Several weeks later I called them yes I was told every thing is in order they would start the ball rolling. I then asked why did they hold up the paper work so long. He did not know. He would send me a text. Got the tex on gmail going to get a new mattress. Must pay $140.00 for delivery and $65.00 to have the old matress taken away. Told i must not have the writting that stated got u. Called to complain what a waste, asked to talk to some one above min. wage. No one their. How about the president NO he is never in. Going to buy my wife a new matress guess what it won’t be a sealy. And will tell any one who will listen. MY PROBLEM WITH SEALY GOING 7on your side { TV STATION} may not help me but may help some one. take your free offer and well you get the drift
I bought a mattress at mattress firm Merrillville Indiana. I’ve have the mattress for about a year and I have a crease on the side of my bed and my mattress is also low like a slant. I want to mattress firm and guarantee with them is up. I hate that I spent a lot of money on a mattress that does not live up to it’s standards.
I worked for Ashley furniture, Hawthorne, ca for 4 years as a salesperson working off the clock , put out for lunch and work on the floor, because my job was threaten. I remained professional with harassment, discrimination and hostile environment. But the negative has entered my home and destroyed my family, my family is stressed, depressed and on Xanax!
