I called to obtain an extension, refused , staing I have to pay half of the bill before I could get an extension. I just got the cutoff in the mail today, February 15, 2019. I have a disabled person that had to air otherwise his blood pressure it higher than 175/121 that it usually. His benefits when cut by mistake and it take time to restore. I had to overdraft my account y $700 to pay the rent which is $1300. My check was only 620.26. Please can someone help me. I was kead to believe this company work with their customers. I’ve have difficulty with this comoany since day 1.
