Savers Inc. is a for-profit chain of second-hand stores or thrift stores that purchase, resell, and recycle items that would otherwise be thrown out. In 2015, the Minnesota Attorney General filed suit against Savers Inc. stating that they were misleading the public and that only a very small percentage of the money was actually going to charitable organizations. The matter has yet to be resolved.
