Tenneco Inc. acquired PCA in 1965 and expanded the company’s product portfolio to include aluminum, clear plastic, foam products, molded fiber, and pressware.
In 1999 Tenneco spun-off PCA into an independent company and renamed Pactiv Corporation.
Pactiv Corporation was acquired by Reynolds Group Holdings Limited in 2010.
Today Pactiv’s products include plastic cups, deli, takeout, catering containers, and tableware which are used in the restaurant, packer/processor, supermarket, and industrial industries. The company sells its products in North America, Europe and Asia.
