CoreLife Eatery was founded by Lawrence Wilson in 2015. The company operates a chain of casual/fast-food vegetarian restaurants. Currently, the company has 52 locations in 11 states with 26 being corporate owned and 26 being franchised locations.
The menu consists of three types of vegetarian “bowls”; grain bowls, bone-broth bowls, and green bowls. Customers can also choose “make your own bowl.” While being vegetarian based, the restaurant chain does offer menu items with chicken, pork, tuna, and beef. The children’s menu includes items like pasta and chicken noodle soup.
Forbes states that the chain doubled its revenue in 2018.
The restaurant chain came under fire in early June 2018 when a Salt Lake City manager was captured on video aggressively attacking an employee and her family. The manager was later fired.
Despite the coronavirus, CoreLife Eatery continues to open new locations.
Company headquarters is currently located in Syracuse, New York.
