I recently purchased an e gift card and it has been 4 days since my payment for the gift card has cleared my bank account but I have not recieved any emails confirming my purchase or delivery of my gift card. I have not been able to reach anyone regarding this matter, even after sending an email. I did have a confirmation number but do not have it now as it was never sent to me. Any help would be appreciated.

we went to sweet frog here in Florence, SC… what has happened to this place.. it’s not being taken care of properly.. Loud music, sloppy counter where the candies are….May I say that I have been coming here since the place was opened and now its a disgrace… Yogurt is runny and not edible… plus being over charged.. I use to pay $7.00 and now it’s up to almost $10 for 2 small cups.. needless to say I won’t be going back any too soon…. You need to hire competent people to run this establishment or you are going to go under…. I had to complain because things will not get done if I didn’t
Thank you and hope to hear what will be done since this is the only Yogurt place here in Florence, SC

Hi I am a regular customer at sweet frog the hot fudge is my favorite topping I noticed you recently changed it. I tried the new kind and was very disappointed. It tasted like warmed Hersheys syrup not hot fudge. Hersheys syrup is already an option there it doesn’t make sense to have two Hershey syrups there I hope you would concider switching back to real hot fudge otherwise I won’t be coming back to sweet frog

I went into the sweet Frog on Allegheny avenue in Towson tonight. I will NEVER go back the operating manager was the rudest person I have ever meet in my life. First, I ask the girl behind the counter for a tasting cup she said they were out of cups so I asked her for a spoon , she gave me a spoon to taste the flavor . I made my choice and proceed to the counter to pay ,the next thing I know this short kid in a tie dye un tucked shirt started yelling at me about tasting flavors with a spoon.I told him The Asked the girl behind the counter she gave it to me . he proceeded to say can’t you read ? I never noticed the sign . However, his behavior it was in very poor taste and his lack of manners. well ..
I then asked the young lady his position ?she said he was the operations manager His name Is ***Robert Austera *** and this was no longer a franchise store that corporate has taken it , they would be moving soon they boasted . I stated i would send a letter about the poor customer service they escorted me out of the store and laughed . . With people like this running your store sweet frog will not be around for much longer . You should really re- train your employees in serving the public . in addition to giving them uniforms so they look presentable not sloppy.

I myself love SweetFrog not just the different flavors I love or the huge choices of toppings that SweetFrog offers but it is the employees that make me want to come to SweetFrog! They make it fun and personal to be there, that they are happy to see me and they really are glad to see me come in. I pass other yogurt places to get to a SweetFrog so thank you for being YummyFriendly!

Went to Sweet Frogs in Gloucester, Virginia tonight. Upon walking in, the store was full of customers having yogurt. There were 2 employees at the counter chatting about make-up. The trash cans were overflowing and there were empty used yogurt cups stacked on top of the trash can. The topping bowls were empty and the container areas were filthy with droppings of excess toppings everywhere. 3 flavors were out of order and when asked the 2 employees conversing stated tart is working even though there was a sign indicating it was out of order. One employee stated that the other employee had repaired the machine. I asked them the check it and they complied. They determined the machine wasn’t working. A third employee emerged from the back and the 3 began a conversation about the machine. I called 2 employees out on the state of the stores cleanliness and they were very disrespectful stating they had contacted the owner of the store concerning the machine and lack of supplies. They indicated that their was without response from the owner as a justification for the state of things at this specific store. I informed them that the owners lack of response did not have an impact on the lack of cleanliness of the store. They argued with me and when I asked for a card with owners name and number they stated that they did not have access to that information. During the exchange one of their friends dropped by and proceeded to tell me that I was out of line in speaking up because the owners of this store were unresponsive. We paid our bill and thanked the cashier for the change. She did not make eye contact or acknowledge the gratitude expressed. This type of behavior is unacceptable to me as a customer and needs to be addressed. I can be reached at 804-815-XXXXX.
Kind Regards,
