I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED TONIGHT! I SPOKE WITH TWO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES AND A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR SYSTEM THAT HAD THE ERROR. I SPENT WAY TO MUCH TIME TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER IN THE PAST WEEK AND ONLY RECEIVED HELP FROM TERRELL THIS AFTERNOON. LOSING A CUSTOMER MUST NOT BE IMPORTANT TO THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND WILL BE POSTING FOR OTHERS TO DO THE SAME AS TO AVOID THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM IN COMPLETE SHOCK THAT IN TODAY’S ENVIRONMENT OF CUSTOMER REVIEWS THAT I WOULD BE TREATED SO POORLY. UNBELIEVABLE!

Good Day:
This is Mrs. McIntosh (Order # W 1030231995) and I am a very unsatisfied customer and will never order items from Stride Rite online ever again!!!
I placed an order with Stride Rite on December 2, 2016 (over $100.00) and online said I would receive shipment in two/three days. As of December 9, 2016 shipment still has not been received.
In addition, I spoke with “three” Stride Rite Reps who Rep two refunded me $20.00 for not receiving shipment and was told by Rep two that for everyday shipment had not been received I would receive an additional 15% off order. Spoke with Rep three the next day and she said that the conversation with Rep two never happened (in other reads) I made the story/comment up. This made me furious and I ask to speak with a Manager (Michael) who assured me that I would receive my shipment December 10, 2016. Of course if I don’t receive shipment by the weekend I will be cancelling my order and requesting a full refund to my credit card. And will in the future share this story with friends and family my experience with ordering items from Stride Rite Company.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Letitia McIntosh

My grandson fell in your stride rite store located at Tyson’ Corner in Virginia yesterday around 6pm. He fell and hit his face on a sharp cornered display case in the middle of the store. He sustained a cut below his right eye which immediately started to swell. I know toddlers fall, but what was so disconcerting to me is that none of the stride rite staff ever enquired about him. Two female customers turned to see about him, but we were completely ignored by the three person staff. We took a picture of his injury which can be supplied upon request.
My father ran a small business for many years and I know there’s an assumed liability when someone is injured on your property. Being totally ignored was not an acceptable response. I feel his incident needs to be reported to you and addressed . Please contact me 812 385 XXXXX. Thank you
