I booked a hotel room on the wrong night for my flight! I show up and my reservation is for the following night. They hotel parking lot half empty she told me to call hot wire and cancel the room and book with them oh but we’re gonna charge you $100 extra dollars. Being a Rewards member for your company this piaaed me off at 10 pm. The supervisor says we only have two rooms left? All lies
With that said I do travel a lot hence the rewards member and we book thousands of room nights at Marriotts for our vball program with a ton of teams! When I return from this trip with our teams I’m canceling thousands of rooming nights and booking with another hotel chain
