We have been in our home going on 13 years. I would rate it hire if we weren’t repairing our 6th water leak in the house. All but one leak have been in the upstairs area which means we needed to cut through the drywall every time. Two leaks were in the same place at different times. One leak was inside the wall and it went under my floor and it completely destroyed our wood floor. Last night after my shower I went downstairs and there’s a stream of water landing on my couches. I have spent too much money on plumbers, drywall repairs, a new floor and now it looks like my couch may be ruined. Unacceptable workmanship and quality of materials used. I lived in my last house which was Fulton home for 14 years and we never had one leak of any other problems, heck growing up in my grandmothers house that was built in the 1930″s other than a clogged toilet we never had any leaks there either. I would suggest better qualified field superintendents.

After numerous issues with my hvac system in my new (2011) purchased standard pacific home, I have reached out to my neighbors to find almost all the people on my street have the same issues. Standard pacific and beutler did try to resolve most my issues except one… they put a 3 ton ac condenser on a 2800 sq ft house. Ironically, I’m the only one this happened to which explains why my house won’t cool below 80 and my ac runs night and day. I know standard pacific will not resolve this issue but, I intend to advertise this anywhere and everywhere to prospective new buyers.

I’m looking for resolution with a code violation in the purchase of my new CalAtlantic home in Cedar Park, Texas. The design of my home did not meet local building code for the fireplace. This issue was discovered less then 24 hours before I was scheduled to close on the home. All I want is for the design to look like it did the way it was on the date I wrote the contract to purchase the home, and so far I’ve only been offered inadequate solutions. I find it completely irresponsible that CalAtlantic would design, build, and sale a home without knowing if it met building code.

I bought one of your homes at Summit Pointe in Anaheim Hills. I am going through a mold remediation process and my kitchen cabinets need to be replaced so I was wondering if you can give me the information to the company that put in the cabinets to the house? My address is Anaheim Hills, CA. Thank you.
