SGWS warehouse in Paradise avenue Tracy California is very slow. I deliver there often and it’s always about 4 to 5 hours waiting for delivery . Seems like they need to hire more employees and a good manager to run the facility. We , truck drivers have other loads to pick and deliver besides just sitting here waiting. It’s been twice I had to cancel my other pick up because SGWS Tracy had me wait 5 hours. I also noticed that when white drivers come they get door right away. I don’t know if SGWS is a racist company or the person doing the checking or both.

At 0645 on Thursday morning on northbound Highway 1 near Mt. Vernon Iowa, we followed your truck #3636 with license number KAU005. He appeared compromised and was driving from yellow line to white line on the side of the road. This individual was not paying any attention to his driving. As soon as we entered Highway 151 at Anamosa Iowa to a four lane road we immediately passed your driver and truck. This individual was in his 30s with a reddish beard. I would suggest getting him off the road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a retailer here in Conway , SC, January Spirits LLC, and wish to loudly lodge a protest concerning your current policy of not delivering single bottles, ostensibly due to crew separation in the warehouse, or some such reason. My other two delivery companies, Republic National and Break Thru Beverage have had no problem delivering single bottles. A very bad decision this is, and I am sure numbers were run and it was determined that this was a chance to boost case sales.
I am a small retailer and definitely cannot buy cases of every product SGWS carries. This is grossly unfair, and in addition to this email, will be calling your corporate office to speak with someone. It has hampered my business, with some of my customers going to a larger store which may be more able to carry larger inventory of specific SGWS offerings.
To me, the only reason this policy was put in place was to enhance case sales ! Very unfair policy SGWS.

On Friday when my delivery came two drivers came in with their truck. My employee told them please do not work on the drive way because its new and can’t take the weight of the truck. They became very hostile towards my employee and one of my customers who tried to tell them to chill out.
Also when I when to count if all my stuff arrived and to inspect if any was damage like I always do. The driver told me in a belligerent manner If “I had a problem with him”. Then I told what did I told and then told him with that attitude I would call his boss. Then he went off the wall with B.S. statement and arguments so no reason. He didn’t care about sh*t and f**k his boss because he doesn’t care.
I feel I was marginalized because my English isn’t the best and because I am Mexican and I was treated badly for no reason at all. I do not want this DRIVER ever again to deliver my orders or I will return the stuff that I ordered. Until I g et a new driver.
The drivers name is Erik Speese.
