Jonathan Brown had been working in the salmon industry for decades. His daughter, Hannah, convinced her father to go into business making dog treats after she spent a summer working for an animal rights group.
Snif-Snax was founded in Miami, Florida, in 2018. The company makes all-natural salmon flavored treats for both dogs and cats.
More than just natural snacks, the company’s products are actually human grade, with no antibiotics, no wheat or other fillers, and have no GMOs.
In November 2019, the company won the 2019 Pet Independent Innovation award from the Global Pet Industry. This award recognizes the company for creating a healthy pet snack.
In November 2020, the company introduced a Christmas advent calendar with cats that contained, of course, treats.
Snif-Snax maintains a corporate office in Miami, Florida.

I really like your Snif-Snax Salmon bites and have purchased and used several bags of each size round bites in my dog training classes and at home, but I’m confused as to the calorie content. On the small bag of the small round bites it says there are 14.07 calories per treat. On the large bag of the large round bites it also says there are 14.07 calories per treat. There is a significant size difference between the large bites and the small bites. I am a professional dog trainer, as well as a dog “parent,” and I need to know the accurate caloric content of each size of the two bites. Thanks so much for your help!
