Products are sold online and through stores and ski shops. Bob Smith passed away in 2012.

Bought a Vantage helmet last season and used it ten times. The male latch end on the chin strap fell off the strap while I was on the chair lift and Smith customer service tells me they are not in stock and might come in next month. So my $240 helmet cannot be used. Really disappointed in the poor customer service for a $.25 cent part.
Please bring back the rosewood sunglasses!!! They were the best and different than the aviators you have now! Please. Please. Please bring back the rosewood sunglasses!!!!
