Hello, we paid over 1600 for a Sleepy Reserve Mattress (king) and it less than three months the springs appear to have given out or something within the craftsmanship of the mattress. The side bulge out 3″ on the left side and 6″ on the right. We are not heavy people. We are having issues getting a replacement because we purchase from a clearance center which is why we bought Fortegra warranty. HOWEVER, Fortegra claims the defect has to be an “1.5” indentation” in the mattress when their warranty clearly states “manufacturer defect, structural defect and faulty workmanship” one of which is definitely applicable. We purchased your hush in a queen a couple of years ago and loved it hence why we stayed with your product. Please assist in us getting replacement. Thank you.

Hi I’m Rosaly jimenez I order two twin beds, two twin frame and I order two twin box . I receive my mattress and frame. One of the delivery Guy call saying he has two queen box spring I told that not what I order. I call the place I order from spoke to the guy that sold me box spring he said he made a mistake and order a two queen size. When the delivery guys came he told me he message he’s company and told them it was a mistaken size. He told it will be deliver Today 9/28/18. I’m still waiting for my order. Time is 2:40 I call where I purchased My beds. I spoke to a female she said that it’s not computers And it’s not coming today. I told her it’s not fair because we are sleeping on the floor. I’m 50 year old women that has arthritis All over my body so it’s hard for me to get up from the floor. I’m so upset. Now I have to wait another day of God knows when.

I have already sent this email and received no response, I have used up all my international calling minutes calling the sleepy I purchased from and the main number. I am on a promotional purchase and if I can’t get the info on time it makes it difficult for me to continue payments. I don’t understand why this is so difficult. I am out of the country so email is the only option until I get a direct number to someone that can immediately help without keeping me on hold for 40 min.
