I bought bed from the Arlington, Tx store last week. I cannot get anyone at the store of purchase to return my calls. I cannot budge the mattress holder at the foot of the bed to be able to make the bed and tuck in THE, sheets, etc. This is ridiculous and I still to date cannot make up the bed! I am ready to file a lawsuit AT THIS point. The men in the store that I talked to initially didn’t know anything about how to help me which is unacceptable in my opinion. I have called and been put on hold for over 20 minutes and finally just hung up! They told me they had a busy afternoon!! WHEN I called initally as their excuse of not calling me back 4 hours later.
