I was injured on 7/10/2018 while on your plane going from AEX to ATLm, flight number 4907. The seat belt sign was not lit. When returning from the bathroom we hit turbulence and I was thrown to the ceiling of the aircraft an floor twice each. I sustained two broken feet and injuries to my back, arms, legs and neck. I was operated on in Atlanta and hospitalized for 4 days. After the accident I lay in the aisle for 30 minutes. Had there been more turbulance I could have been injured more. The stewardeess was not trained to handle this type of emergency. She said there wwere only bandaids on board. EMS was not alerted about the accident or asked to meet me at the gate. I am not sure the pilot was even informed though passengers implored her to tell the pilot and have EMS meet us. She did not ask if there was a doctor on board. Please investigate asap.
