To Who It May Concern,
My name is Joeann Daniel and I am very disappointed with your service. I placed an order on December, 23, 1014 for (3 sets, dining room chairs/side charis in white faux leather) and have been waiting it’s arrival to a Sears location. I have been tracking this package based on the tracking number provided (UPC#782359224169). The tracking info provided by UPC stated that the package was delivered on January 6th at 3:17 PM and signed for by Hope. I went to the Sears location on January 11, 2015 and the Sears “pick-up representative” stated that he was able to see that the order was delivered, but I needed the confirmation letter saying that “the order is ready to be picked up”. On January 13, 2015 I received the confirmation email that my order was ready to be picked up. However, when I reached the location after spending (2½) two and a half hours and $25.00 on transportation, while the representative searched for my package only to find out it was an incorrect order (lawn chairs). My situation is still unresolved and I am patiently waiting for solution on how this matter will be rectified.
