I’m writing because I don’t have any news from your company. I ordered supplements on 01/01/19 for $109 with discover credit card which already was charge. I would like to know if any reason why is taking so long.

I purchased supplement package on 04/20/18 and have still not received any products although I was charged.
I sent email and did not receive a response until a week later stating a product was on back order.
I sent another email informing that I should not have been charged if the order is on back order and have yet to receive a response.
There was no phone number listed on the website, only email and chat option to which the chat representative is of no help only replying to send another email so I have contacted my bank to report fraudulent charge and have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau and of course tried calling the phone number listed on this site which goes directly to voicemail.
I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase as this company obviously is a false representation of ethical business practices.

I ordered product almost two weeks ago and have not received my items. There have been no updates, no communication and I’m beyond disappointed. I have called the support line SEVERAL times and no one ever answers and I have emailed 3 times and still have not received a response. I have requested a full refund and again no response. I will be calling my bank and disputing the charges. I’m so disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service!!1!

I ordered from Shredz and received my package but without all the promised items. I then returned the order and did not get a refund. I called and spoke with a CRS and was told 7-10 business days. Still no refund. I called back and the same rep answered the call and I was told it would be done by the end of the day – no refund. I went to live chat and explained what happened and was told to e-mail them. I asked for the name and address of the CEO and was told that information could not be given. Then the chat was ended. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed an order Feb. 18 received tracking confirmation on Feb.23 a week later nothing. I called left VM and emailed various people still no one helped. Finally I called USPS as where the package wasand if they can help me while I wait to hear anything from Shredz, 2 days later someone from my local USPS called and and told me the steps and even carrier my package would have gone through to get to me and there was nothing so they had me file a claim so that it would be further investigated and go over the company sendings’ head. Here I am shortly after the claim on March 12 and my package was reshipped, however I am missing an item.

I made an order on February 18, 2016 and all I received was a transaction ID. I sent an email and someone named William emailed me back apologizing for the inconvenience and that my order was going to be sent out within 24 hours and I would receive a tracking number. Well it has been another week and I still haven’t received ANYTHING. I been calling and emailing everyday but still have not received an email or call back. This is so ridiculous and completely unprofessional. This company took MY money from MY account and has the audacity to ignore their customer. I’m still contacting them and yet I’m still being ignored. Either I get what I ordered or I get my money back. But trust me, this will be the last time I order from this shady company.

I ordered something online over 3 weeks ago. I have called corporate (keeps going to a VM that has not been set up). I have emailed at least 3 times, still no answer to get back to me. I spend over $150.00 on these items and now it will not even allow me to track my package. This is just ridiculous. I am going to dispute the charges if I do not hear back within 24 hours.

I had the same problem with my order I placed an order on November 25th and I emailed customer support didn’t get a reply and I finally got a hold of someone and they said one of my items were back ordered give me a refund and they offered me a free shirt and that they would ship it with all my other items and ship my other item that was backordered when it came in. then I asked for a woman’s small and they ended up putting a mens extra large the lady said that i told her it was for my boyfriend which I had never said anything like that and then I call that Monday and to cancel my order and she finally said okay we’ll go ahead and refund your money that I would receive it between 3 to 5 business days I had been checking my bank account and still nothing there I called today and she said that she is going to be added on to the refund list which she should have done two weeks ago!! I’m not very happy about this

My name is Stephen Grappe and I am a customer of the Shredz business. I placed an order on the 29th of November for the Men’s 30 day weight loss. No where on the website did it say that the BCAA Gluatmine powder Fruit punch was on back order. I found this out after a week and 1/2 and my order still had not arrived. I have contacted shredz many times via the chat link on the homepage. I spoke with a Franco Ruggerio who assisted a little bit and gave me a free item because of the situation. I have not received nor have I heard anything in regards to my order. In my opinion, it’s unprofessional to conduct business as such. I would like to know what is the status of the BCAA Glutamine Fruit Punch and when my order will arrive at my house. I also plan on reporting to the better business bureau in regards to this incident. I will also be emailing the CEO of shredz and letting him/her know exactly of what type of business is being conducted well below his level.
