My husband and I have had a select comfort bed for 24 years. We are both disabled and on a limited budget. But we need a new bed. I was praying that you would possibly help us get a last year’s model, or even possibly and I’m reaching but since we have been customers for so long a free mattress anything you can do would be greatly appreciated. We are both veterans to.

Don’t believe the store manager at the Monroe location Quentin. He lied to us to make a sale. Even though he told us the base could not be returned he said if we were dissatisfied with it they would take it back and then he told us a second time to reassure us that they would take it back but it was only to make a sale. And then when we were outside the doors of the store he said the company took back a bed, a whole bed including the frame just yesterday so I’m assuming that was another lie especially when the store manager won’t call me after I’ve called and left messages for him to call and then again today because I called him out on his lie he said he would call me in 10 to 15 minutes and never heard a word. He lied to a case manager and a supervisor and now I cannot get an exception to where I can return the bedframe and just pay a restocking fee. He just took advantage of senior adults and here I am with scoliosis fibromyalgia insomnia and other health issues and this bed. is so bad for me. It’s never worked right and it didn’t even collect data on one side of the bed. Technicians have been out twice to change out parts and it’s not worth it anymore but you won’t take a bedframe back how foolish to put that in any kind of a contract with a 100 night free trial but you can’t return the bedframe. We have been scammed and I’m going to make sure everybody knows it

I have owned one of your king beds for over 25yrs. While shopping for a new model I was told that you had to have a “Smart Phone” to operate your new beds. I am 66 yrs old and I don’t own a Smart Phone Not everyone has or uses them. It may not mean a whole lot to you that you just lost me as a customer. The bed I was looking at was over $5,000. I will find another company that will consider “All” of their customers not just the ones who own and use Smart Phones.

Select Comfort appears to have forgotten its loyal customers.
We have three SC beds, a 3000 king, a 5000 queen and a twin. The 3000 was our oldest bed and we needed to replace it. We stopped into SC, Roseville to look at beds and decided on the 360, p5. All we needed was the p5 mattress because we have the 3000 base. Our old mattress had been discarded and the base was set up at our cabin, nothing needed disassembled, removal or assembly. We asked if we could pick up the bed and were told no, Corporate did not allow any variation. We would need to pay $199 just to have it delivered to St. Paul, pretty expensive postage, we decided we could not do this.

Second part of dilemma, we saw in the SC add that on Friday that SC was offering free delivery until Monday, September 20, Again went to the Roseville store to order our p5 king mattress, but were told in order to get free delivery we needed to order a mattress and frame. So again no bed. Don’t want to, but might have to look elsewhere for a mattress.

Appears that SC has lost flexibility, customers must go along with corporate sales policies or else.

I am a new owner of a sleep number bed, and I have had the worst experience EVER.. From the moment I received the delivery update call until this moment I have been lied to, given old products, and treated with disrespect and disdain.. I thought maybe I got somewhere with a supervisor, but she after the initial call, has done nothing but “placate” me. I would like someone in CHARGE to contact me in regards to this situation. And by in charge I am not referring to another supervisor, I am referring to a PERSON, who can make things happen and who can take appropriate measures.
