Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Your new “easy open” tabs on Ziploc bags is the greatest innovation/development in storage bag technology in the past 30 years. Please pass on my gratitude to Dr. H. Fisk Johnson and the highest levels of your corporation as well as your product development group and engineers.

That innovation is a God send for those of us who have lost much our hand strength and for young children. I will often make my own tab in bags that come without them, such as breakfast cereal bags, by cutting one side shorter than the other.

    Keep up the good work.

    Steve

We were using 2 of your shower scrubbing bubbles cleaners, but we are out of the replacement “shower automatic refills” and have tried several stores in the Washington, D.C. area and cannot find any. Are you still making it and what stores carry it?
Also, we would like to get another one of the units it goes into. Are you still making them? If so where can we get it and if not, what is a replacement you have made for it?
    Appreciate hearing from you.

Does SC Johnson still have Pledge ORANGE Clean – Dust, Clean, Shine? It comes in a 2 tone orange can with a yellow cap. I haven’t been able to find in the stores now and instead have been seeing a different product called Pledge Beautify-it polish that comes in a yellow can/cap. I’m wondering if the latter has replaced what I’m looking for. I really LOVE the ORANGE Clean – Dust, Clean, Shine product and so do my customers. I tried using the other but found it made me feel sick and cannot use it. I’ve tried e-mailing twice already on another page but never got a response from the first one and it doesn’t seem to acknowledge what I type in on the 2nd attempt. Thank you

When you stopped producing No Buff Floor Wax, what did you suggest as a replacement? It was the best and I am unable to find something like it. I do not have the ability to remove what is already there.
    Thank you. Please respond

On August 8, 2017, I submitted a receipt for the purchase of two bottles of Windex from Shoprite in order to receive a $20 coupon code for Shutterfly which is advertised on your website and the bottles of windex. I have not received a code despite the fact that I have texted the doXXXXentation and later sent it via email. I have emailed using the Windex at yaengage.com address on the windex bottle and there has been no response. Please send the code as I have fulfilled the requirements within the time this promotion is in place.

    Sirs;

On 9-2-16 you issued a rebate check to us #641337 that didn’t get cashed due to a family crisis. Is there any way it can be re-issued? We can really use the money. It became invalid once the 180 days expired.

    Thank you in advance

Have attempted several days to contact company but the email form is not working. I don’t know what a chatcha is for one thing.
Here’s my major complaint. Your ad for scrubbing bubbles shows a dog along side the bottles. Has anyone at all in the company ever considered that perhaps a child or someone else who may not be thinking clearly may think that your product can be used to wash the dog. Any dog. I’d hate to think a pet could/would be harmed because of improper, inconsiderate use of this product. Please remove the ad and replace it with just a bathtub or sink but NO PETS in the ad picture.

I am currently purchasing my families property and had a Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental test done by a local Environmental Company. During those tests for the property it was found that many different types of contamination were found on the property also there were witnesses that stated much of the Contamination came from the S.C. Johnson Company on Patterson Rd. in Bay City, Mi. I am greatly concerned because the soils that were removed from the site on Patterson Rd. we were told was contaminated soil and was supposed to go to a local landfill, but it never made it there. There are many witnesses that watched Trucks come out of this property with new soils going to S.C. Johnson with their tarps covered and coming back loaded with the contaminated soils from the S.C. Johnson Company. This is very disheartening because the soils that were dumped from the Patterson Rd. Site were used to block a 100 year Flood plain and are in wetlands and also close to the Kawkawlin River in Bay County, MI. Where much wildlife lives and Breeds. There were 3 contracting companies involved in this and we feel they operated a landfill dumping Contaminated soil from your company along with 1 other that was an oil company. My family is currently suing one of the contractors owners for property that was wrongfully taken and damaged and in the lawsuit it mentions the contamination from S.C. Johnson that is on my families land and it is not understood if the contractors were doing this with or without your companies knowledge but if your company has contaminated soils it should show records of this contamination making it to the proper destinations such as a landfill and not a Wetland, the D.E.Q. is involved in this as the people who blocked the flood plain are in trouble for their actions and have to remove the dyke they built with some of your soils off of Patterson Rd as it says in a D.E.Q. report I want this brought to your attention as I feel there maybe some wrongdoing by people in your company by allowing these materials to leave without knowledge of where they end up. I believe a family company like yours would want to know that your company’s waste are being handled in a manner that complies with your environmental health and remediation standards. I feel there may be some contractors doing corrupt acts and hopefully not any of your employees involved in the types of wrongful acts towards our environment. My family has owned a Junkyard for over 50 years and have Storm water regulations for our surface water and pay permits for these uses. We too know our business has certain levels of environmental hazards with Surface water run off we have been around for only half of the time of your company but carry pride in keeping it going and taking care of our environment. We hope to hear from you and share the knowledge and contractor names that we have witnesses to these actions also Thank- you and look forward to hearing from your Company. Brad Eddy

I live in Amman Jordan Use the Glade Sensor Sprays around my large house Love the product
Am disappointed to say that I have contacted Customer Care and basically been told to write to the Suppliers myself! I want to know when the Sensor Cartridges will be again available in Jordan
I think Head Office should have the contact with Asian suppliers and not expect the customer to find out Considering they have no E mail address
Please take this enquiry seriously as many foreign friends living here use the same product and are noe stuck with the sensor without cartridge refills
Continuity of your Glade products is e pected
    Many Thanks
