I am having several issues with Rush Trucking center in Tolleson, AZ but my main complaint is one of your techs cause great damage to the hood of my truck and your shop foreman is asking me to either pay a portion of the repairs for the hood or he will give me $700 off the labor cost I am paying to replace my Engine. It is my belief that if your shop caused the damage then your shop should fix the damages it caused.

My other concerns are having the same jobs on my invoice and there is an $800 difference in cost for the same job. There are also jobs on my invoice I did not approve of. I would really like to have these issues resolved ASAP.

I do not want to do an insurance claim for the damages cause to my hood bu your tech. Please reach out to me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

We recently had over $5k worth of work done on a unit. Vehicle dint get 2 miles and the same warning lights were on again. Brought unit back. Now its been 3 days waiting for parts and lack of management has everyone telling us a different story. Have a driver in a hotel and its sloppy repair shops like this that can put an honest man out of business. So disappointed that all I can do sit and wait to get screwed over again. Rush definitely can care less about its customers, this i know.
