I placed an order on 6/21/21 about 10 ;15 this morning. With in 5 minutes of placing this order I decided to cancel . It did say final sale . I have been trying to speak to your customer service at 1 888 992 525 and the first time I called I was on hold for 1 hour. Finally hung up and called again and was on hold for another 20 minutes. I am currently on hold now for over 5 minutes. My order is now preparing to ship and I don’t want the item . I have called the corporate office and left a voicemail . My order # is 1126889355 , I am not happy with Rue La La and the customer service . If you are not going to provide good customer service then you should not be selling your products. Again I do not want the item that was purchased 6/21/21 1126889355.

I have been a good customer of Ruelala for sometime now. Once I receive this last order this will be the last time I order from you. Your customer service is rude and made no effort to resolve my issues. I am having problems logging into the app and I’m looking for the correct tracking number of an order I placed. Both times I contacted customer service I was treated very rudely and no one followed up to resolve either problem. I love your company and the products you carry but if this is how your customer service treats customers when they have a problem, I’d rather shop somewhere else.

I purchased several Pandora charms months ago, I contacted Rue La La within days because one charm was scratched and the other did not fit. Rue La La said they would e-mail me a return label and they did not. I called them over four times month after month and each time they said they were e-mailing the label they did not. And after my final attempt to return the items I’m told I can receive a store credit. They keep my money and force me to buy more of their products. This is how they treat their customers. Although this is a small case, I will be seeking legal action for FRAUD, it is the principle. I could’ve returned item months ago, using my money but I was told to not to do so and to wait for to receive the label, which I never did… Customer Service HORRBILE AND I AM LEFT SPEECHLESS NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING FROM RUE LA LA AGAIN…
