Rock Bottom American Pub offers rooms for larger parties with advance notice. Rock Bottom American Pub has been voted one of the top 101 best sports bars in the US and boasts more than 30 televisions, and three 110 inch large screen televisions, for easy viewing from all parts of the restaurant.

My wife and I have been going to the Bolingbrook Rock Bottom since it was converted from Gordon Biersch. On Friday July 5th we were having dinner there and as a member of the Mug Club I was surprised to see that the mug was smaller then before. I found out that the new size contained 4 ounces less then the previous mug. However there was not a reduction in price. So there goes one of the benefits of the Mug Club. Needless to say I was disappointed in the sneaky way management sought to increase revenues hoping the customer would not notice. Rock Bottom has dropped a couple of notches in my esteem rating system.

I would like give a shout out to the Rock Bottom in Orland Park, Il. My wife and I have been going there on a regular basis every Sunday for almost two yrs. I can not say enough about how friendly everyone is at this establishment. Bertha, the manager goes out of her way to help whenever she can. She always has a smile and a warm Hello. The waitresses, especially Lexi, Lexi and Lexi, are more than friendly and they greet every customer like they were regulars. Then there is Sessilly, the bar tender. If we could adopt her we would. Greets everyone with a “Hey, How are you?” and always smiling. She works the bar better than any bar tender I know. Your never without a beer or what ever your drinking. She has so much energy that I wish I could bottle it. She is always willing to take time to answer questions of new customers. I think Rock Bottom should be very proud of the people that work there. My wife and I are in our 70’s and have been to many places, but this is one place we keep coming back to. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
