Per Se is located in the Time Warner Building on the 4th floor. Thomas Keller also owns several other restaurants around the U.S. such as French Laundry in Los Angeles and Ad Hoc in Napa Valley. The Michelin Guide only lists 7 restaurants worthy of its exclusive 3 star rating, with Per Se being one of them. Restaurant Magazine lists Per Se as the 9th best restaurant in the world in 2007.

Wolfgang Puck is a well-known chef that also produces cooking shows for television and offers online cooking lessons. The company is perhaps best known for its restaurant chain Spago’s. The Spago’s location in Beverly Hills, California, as well as the location in Las Vegas, Nevada, has been featured in many commercials and movies.

Jersey Mike’s Subs Corporate Office

Jersey Mike’s Subs was founded in 1956 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. This small sandwich shop was originally named Jersey Mike’s when Peter Cancro went to work there as a teenager. The owner decided to sell the shop in 1975 and Cancro decided he would buy it to see if he could make this struggling sandwich shop pay off.

Today, Jersey Mike’s Subs is a successful franchise with nearly 2,000 locations across the US. Cancro is still the owner and CEO of the company, which specializes in freshly made submarine sandwiches, made to order. The company also features a “Mike’s Way” specialty sandwich that has a “secret” dressing applied to it.

Entrepreneur recently listed Jersey Mike’s Subs as #13 on their list of America’s Top Growing Franchises. The company offers third-party financing to help cover start-up costs, inventory, and equipment. Jersey Mike’s Subs had annual revenue in 2014 of $525 million

Jersey Mike’s is still opening new locations and raises thousands of dollars each year for various charities.

In February 2023, the National Hockey League choose Jersey Mike’s Subs as the official team sandwich.

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Corporate Office

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, commonly referred to as P.F.Chang’s, was founded by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming. Their first location was in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company specializes in Chinese American cuisine, Asian beers, wines, specialty drinks, sake, as well as gluten free food choices.

The company owns and operates two different restaurant concepts; Pei Wei Asian Diner and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. This is an international chain with 204 P.F. Chang restaurants in America, 170 quick, casual style Pei Wei restaurants, along with 15 P.F. Chang’s in the Middle East, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.

P.F. Chang’s went private in July of 2012 when the chain was purchased by Centerbridge Partners. P.F. Chang’s also has a line of “Home Menu” frozen foods and appetizers that is owned by Unilever.

Elephant Bar Corporate Office

Elephant Bar was founded in 1980 by David Nancarrow in Lubbock, Texas. The restaurant chain has an African safari theme with large, elephant statues inside and outside most locations, zebra print wallpaper and leopard print carpets. Most food dishes are pan-Asian fusion or typical American fare of BBQ ribs and hamburgers. There are currently 29 locations throughout the US, with most of the locations being in California.

Elephant Bar was forced to file for bankruptcy in June of 2014 and was purchased by CM7 Capital, whose parent company is Chalak Mitra Group, who also runs the Genghis Grill chain. The new owners closed 16 restaurant locations, including the Elephant Bar in Irvine and Santa Clarita, California, two very popular locations.

In July of 2015, Elephant Bar locations began offering a reward system for frequent diners in hopes of increasing sales.
