Love your store. I have been shopping at the Redners @ the Belair office since it opened. I loved you had 24 hr. service. Then Covid, I understand why Redners never went back to 24hr. service. The hours 6 – 10 are ok to, but, I love going early, so 6 isn’t bad. The last few times I have been there between 6-7 am. there is never a cashier , it’s all self service, I am handicapped, so it is just to hard to check myself out in the self checkout line when I am spending 200-300$ . I feel as though the store could have at least one regular checkout line with a cashier. If they can not supply 1 cashier in a regular line then as much as I hate saying this , I will no longer be shopping at Redners . There’s other stores in my area the offer better early morning service. Sorry to be leaving. Redners really needs to think about better morning customer service.

My Apple Pay comment just sent relates to your Wyomissing store.

I wonder why your payment system rejects my ApplePay method of paying. Last time there, it rejected two cards I have in apple pay. It does work on occasion. It’s your system & not my phone or cards as they work everywhere else. Your clerk stated this happens to many people.
