Rawlings was founded in 1887 in S. Louis, Missouri, by brothers, George and Alfred Rawlings. The pair originally started with a small sporting goods store and a catalog. Rawlings introduced the first football shoulder pads in 1902, as well as the first all-weather football.  raw 2

I purchased a new bat for my son last year on 3/10/20 it was a rawlings Quatro Pro for $454.10
He didn’t get to use it last year do to covid so this year he was excited to play with it but when he started to using it the bat started to telescope where the handle meets the barrel I called the warranty department they said it ran out of warranty last month is there something you can do like replace it with a good one.

I purchased the Rawlings Velo 2020 32 29. My son used it less than 2 months it cracked and dented. The did a warranty exchange. New bat seems dead and has no pop. This same thing happened to a teammate of my son. I called to talk to warranty, they said goes off of original purchase date. 1 month over. Will not help out $300 for a bat that can’t hold up and now a bat that won’t be used. You surely have more pride in your product and workmanship than what is demonstrated. I would appreciate you calling me and doing the right thing.

Hello my name is Terry Kennedy and I have been looking for a Rawlings Black & Red Fastback Model Premium III RHT Baseball Glove / Mitt 11.5″. With the Big R web,
This was the glove I bought me son in the 198os that he used through his college carrier. Sadly it has been misplaced, I attempted to buy to used ones on ebay with out success.
My question is does Rawlings have any unsold models of this Glove that I may purchase? I’d like to get one for his birthday.
Thank you so much in advance

I bought a Rawlings Velo bat with a one year warranty, but I did not buy it from an authorized dealer and the bat cracked on my 10-year-old boy . I never dreamed Rawlings would not back their products on a defective bat. I did not buy it from eBay or a refurbished bat, but paid full retail for this brand new defective bat . I didn’t realize you had to buy from an authorized dealer to get the warranty, because the dealer never mentioned it. I will no longer be spending my cash with Rawlings in the future and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t also.

We recently bought 2 of your glovesand they’re fine. However my son saw the customized gloves on line. He wanted to do a light blue glove with mom written on to honor my fight with ovarian cancer. However after just purchasing 2 gloves it would be out of the question right now. I tried to see if there was any way to at least get mom stitched on his current glove and apparently not. Talked to someone at wilson who also does customizable gloves and they were far more helpful. As of now we’re looking to see if we can return your gloves where we got them. Due to your customer service if that’s possible we’ll be going with them. What a shame, my son plays on 5 different bb teams throughout the year and we buy A LOT of bb equipment

Please for this correspondence to Mr. Zlaket.
I have sent several emails & transferred to #’s that have returned.
Mr. Zlaket, we have gone through Dick’s Sporting Goods & they are not in the service business to repair a softball glove.
I am a coach in Columbus, Georgia and attempting to have a glove repaired. The pocket of the glove has shifted to the heal of the glove. She may have purchased her Rawlings glove 3 years ago for about $125.00. She is pitcher for Brookstone High School & we start our season in two weeks. We need your assistance and please do not forward this message to your service department. If you think Dick’s Sporting needs a copy, then please forward it. We will hit a wall with their assistance, but we need her glove repaired for our season is about to start.
Thanking you in advance for your review of my correspondence.

I bought a USA Rawlings Quatro 30/20 in march 2018 for my 10 year old son. This bat didn’t even make it 2 months before it cracked in at least four places. The return department said to send it back and also agreed there was durability issues with this weight. I was told by Jill (in bat returns dept) that my only options were a no warranty replacement bat. Really, the bat didn’t last two months and all you offer is a ONE TIME REPLACEMENT. what happens in two more months when this one breaks??? im out of luck for the $300 I spent on it. I am not sure who I need to speak to about this but the reps I have spoken to stick to the script. I do not want some BS script. You will have your faulty bat back in three days. I would like for someone to contact me to make this right or my $300 back so I can buy my kid a decent bat. they even have the nerve to make me pay money to ship the defective product back. I’m pissed off enough over the run-around that I’m ready to contact my lawyer. I know $300 isn’t a lot of money, but the fact is your product is faulty. I gave Rawlings a chance and I really liked the look and sound of the bat, but it has a flaw in the durability! I do not want the lesser quality Rawlings options. Keeping customers is treating them right, not holding their money hostage!

I bought a USA Rawlings Quatro 30/20 on January 20, 2018 for my 9 year old son. This bat didn’t even make it 3 weeks (3 practices/week) before it cracked in at least four places. The return department should be getting the bat back on Monday (26th). I was told by Jill (in bat returns dept) that my only options were a no warranty replacement bat (and that I should choose a size larger or smaller since the 30/20’s are coming back more frequently) or I could have $300 worth of Rawlings credit. That credit is worthless to me. There are only two options for different USA bats…the Velo or the 5150. I do not want either of those bats. My son is too small for a 31’ that weighs out around 23oz and the 29” will be too small by next season. My son used a 30” last year and I do not want to go down in length….I spent $300 on a bat thinking I would get 2-3 seasons out of it (does not play fall ball). I’m not sure who I need to speak to about this but the reps I have spoken to stick to the script. I do not want some BS script. You will have your faulty bat back on Monday and I would like my $300 back so I can buy my kid a decent bat. I have spoken to two different script readers and sent two emails that have been unanswered. I have taken pictures and vidoes of the bat prior to shipping it the 132 Bissen address.

    I would appreciate a resonse.
