Randy’s Donuts was founded in 1953 in Inglewood, California, by Russell Wendell, a former donut making machine salesman. The company is perhaps best known for the giant sized donut sitting atop the drive in. The donut has become an icon in Southern California and has been featured in numerous movies, including Iron Man 2, 2012, and Mars Attacks.
The company offers premium type donuts, lemonade, and a variety of coffees. The company differs from other donut companies as offers drive through service, takes to-go orders over the phone, and is open 24 hours. Randy’s Donuts makes everything by hand, which the company feels makes a better product.
Randy’s Donuts has received numerous awards, including being named Los Angeles Hot List #1 for Best Donuts 2014, 2013, 2012, and 2011, as well as CBS News Best of Los Angeles Donuts in 2015.

Just thought I would send you my feedback for my recent visit to your Randy’s donuts on Manchester in Inglewood California I have to say that the employees are too Busy talking to each other while there is a large line outside!!… people are waiting to get their donuts… all you could see are the employees in the background having conversation with each other and talking and playing and laughing why there’s a line outside it was my first visit to your establishment and I was not impressed after seeing the very dirty mop that the gentleman was ringing out in front of the donut display !!!!! while he was chatting with the cashier lady that was taking orders at the window adjacent to Manchester window …. i’m sure that your establishment has a video camera I believe the time that I was there was around A little afternoon on Super Bowl Sunday. I just really felt that it was poor customer service for people in line having to witness the cashier & the gentleman with the dirty mop having all this conversation while we’re standing in line waiting to order donuts .. you know I was actually sitting in the car waiting as my sister stood in the line and I couldn’t understand why it was taking so long, when the customers would leave the window with their orders they would be walking away shaking their head that’s when I decided to get out the car and go and see for myself what was going on over there ….. so please use the camera as reference

If you have any questions you could just email me and I will respond ,.,
I’m sure you probably don’t get emails regarding matters like this but I am a avid consumer and I do take the time to contact business organizations to let them know how their business are really doing so they can sit back in view video cameras and see that I’m only voicing what’s really going on in their business
