Good evening, on January 25, 2019, at approximately 4:45 PM, I visited the Race Trac store# 2398 located at 2031 SW Gatlin Blvd in Port St Lucie, FL to cash in a Florida Lotto ticket which totalled $ 500.00 for my disabled brother who was waiting in my vehicle. CSH: Nagelschm # 1597893 who advised she could only give me $ 200.00 not $ 500.00. She didn’t give a reason why she couldn’t give the full amount for the ticket and she never said I am sorry. Per the State of Florida they state all retailers can cash the ticket up to $ 599.00. I asked for the ticket back and went to Publix to cash the ticket which they did. This cashier could have explained why she could only give $ 200.00, or maybe at least smile and say I am sorry this was a cold experience.

Dear Sir / Madame,
I am writing you to ask for an opportunity to run-own a Race Track franchise in the state of Florida. Accordingly, could you please send me the application form to fill out and send it back to you for evaluation / qualifications. In the mean time, can I have a phone number of a business manager, so that I can talk with about the subject matter stated above.
Sincerely,
Y. Zack

I just went to the Ractrac 2306 on 3310 S. Cooper St, Arlington TX 76015 this morning to get some gas. I selected the unlead 87 that price at $2.039 and got 14.081 gallons in my truck. After it’s done, I noticed that the total amount is $35.75. I went in and requested a receipt and I found out the charged me for unlead 93 premium which costs $2.539/G. I explained to them that I definitely pressed the button unlead 87 at the pump cause the button of 93 premium is located on the very far right. Of course they won’t do anything and the lady works in this station said I pump the wrong gas. I am just wondering if they purposely did that to scam the customer and make more money. I believe most of the customer won’t notice that if they have been charged the right amount of money at the gas pump. Won’t get gas at any Racetrac from now on. Watch out drivers!!!
Gabriel Lyons says
Good morning Ms. Catherine, I am a current employee at racetrac and there is no way for us to select your gas for you without physically going to the actual pump. Prepay is where customers come in and put a certain amount of money on a tank. And people might say “Diesel”, or “Unleaded”, but we can’t select the grade because the software that we run doesn’t give us the ability to do so. What I think might have happened was that you either bumped into one of the wrong grades by accident.

Race Trac gas station located at 1740 FL-60 in Lake Wales FL 33853. In the last 6 months while attempting to purchase fuel using my Credit card, numerous pumps will not respond. I have notified staff of the problem. They have responded that there is nothing they can do, saying they have forwarded the problem. Last week I went to three different pumps attempting a credit card purchase. Again I notified staff, getting the same response.I left and purchased gas elsewhere. I have used that station for over twenty years. I find this lack lack of service as a reason to shop elsewhere.

To whom it may concern,
I submitted an application for assistant store manager at 5700 SH 121, Plano, TX. I received a text message stating that you wanted me to go to Euless Tx. To take a math test. I’m very interested in going to the interview but I just got a new phone and I lost a good portion of my messages, so I lost that message with the address. I was just wondering if I could get the address of where I’m supposed to go and the available time frame.
Thanks,

Completely disgusted with how I was treated at RaceTrack on Ulmerton road. Try to call and discuss it and of course you are closed. Every single experience I have had at the two locations near me has been HORRIBLE! I demand to speak to someone. This is the WORST business I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing.

The customer service on the racetrac on 4960 N wickham rd in melbourne fl is horrible. The employees there would rather socialize than give good customer service. The associate Emily gave horrible customer service. She was to busy socializing with other employees to realize she made an error. She did not take a few seconds to scan the bar code on the app on my phone for me to get the points. When I brought this up to the manager she asked a condescending question. I told her that I would never go to race trac again, she wasn’t concerned in the least. Another employee was too busy flirting with her boyfriend to acknowledge other customers. Racetrac has a LONG way to go to create a WOW experience for their customers.

I visited the Racetrac 2325 Marrietta Blvd New, Atlanta Georgia 30318. I’m a regular here at this Racetrac. But on one particular day I observed a young female manager name Malika being very rude and loud with a security guard. This young lady has no respect for other employees or customers. She does not represent Racetrac in a professional way. My experience when working customer service is that you should always be professional. Manager Malika is the total opposite of that. On many occasions I would come into the store and she would smell like marijuana. Racetrac corporate should most definitely look into this matter because it’s is very distasteful.

I went inside to talk to the night manager who was very rude as I explained she said their was nothing she could do gave me a receipt. I asked her to sign it. So as i get back to my car I am reading the receipt again and notice the issue so I go back into your store to talk to the manager again who rudly walked past me to the pump took a picture of the pump turned around not saying a word walked back towards the store as I asked her if she was just going to ignore me as she rudly just kept walking.

RACE TRAC STORE# 2349, 4820 SW COLLEGE ST, OCALA, FL 34471
EXTREME RETALIATION TO A GUEST
It is with concern I write this. Our store HAD a wonderful customer (senior citizen). This person would visit during the late night shift, get a cup of coffee and sit at an outside table drinking the coffee and smoking cigarettes. When associates were able to take a break we would sit with this person and share our life experiences and such. He is a very pleasant and personable person. So pleasant that the shift manager offered free cups of coffee and this person never ever took advantage of this only having (2) cups during the visit and always asked before taking.
Unfortunately this guest made a mistake in commenting on an associates head scarf they were wearing. The associate was wearing a decorative scarf with Memorial Day design. This associate is African American. On May 30, 2016 the guest had commented saying to the associate “do you think you’re Aunt Jemima? The guest seeing the associate become upset immediately reached for her hand on the counter and offered a very heartfelt apology and was too very disturbed with what they had said.
All the associates were advised of this situation and once determined that the late night manager knew of this guest they were instructed to address this cirXXXXstance with the guest. The night shift manager/co-manager has some personal life issues that are important to this cirXXXXstance for which their companion visits on the times they are on and stays the entire shift hanging around. This companion would also join this guest at the outside table and obviously speak of the personal relationship problems the night manager/co-manager are having,
On the night before the night manager/co-manager approached the guest the companion had asked the guest what they thought they should do about an issue and the guest offered the advise being asked for.
The next evening the guest arrived and the night manager/co-manager approached the guest to speak of the associate interaction from Memorial Day for which the guest agrees was handled extremely professional & appropriate. The night manager/co-manager than further address the “personal issue” of the companion and the guests’ advice given with extreme confrontational and argumentative demeanor. The guest exited the store advising the night manager/co-manager that they should advise their companion not to “spill their guts” about the personal problems they are having.
It should be said that I have observed these two people argue in the store in front of other associates and one specific instance the night manager/co-manager verbally told the companion to leave the store.
Two days later the guest came into the store at 5:30 am to speak with the store manager and identify themselves as the person for whom offended the associate on Memorial Day. I do not know what they spoke of, I observed them shaking hands and the guest exiting. They did speak at length for over 45 minutes. This night manager/co-manager has been on vacation from June 1 thru June 5th and returns to work on June 6th.
On June 4th at approximately 4am the guest arrived, got a cup of coffee and sat at the outside table with a different night manager/co-manager on for which this guest also has a very good relationship with. At approximately 6:15 am the day assistant manager come on duty, relieving the night manager/co-manager and approached the guest at the table advising they MUST leave the property NOW or they will call the POLICE to charge this guest with trespassing and have them ARRESTED.
The guest was physically shaken by this advice and asked if the store manager was in and the assistant day manager advised that he was on vacation. The guest advised the assistant manager that they had spoken with the store manager a few days earlier about the situation and the previous morning the store manager when arriving for work stopped by the guest to say good morning, and that when the store manager and the guest met the guest had given the store manager their phone number and at all 3 instance it was never mentioned or advised that the guest could not enter the property. The assistant store manager replied not knowing any of this information and the guest must leave now. The guest left immediately with no instance or resistance.
It should be added that now it is being said by this night manager/co-manager that this guest expelled derogative explicit statements to her saying she has a “fat rear end” and other things. This seems so out of context for this guest. This night manager/co-manager is very vicious and vindictive.
This situation is very disturbing. There are some factors that have to be considered and the first and foremost is the health and well-being of this senior citizen, guest.
What if this guest has some medical issue such as blood pressure, heart issues, nervous conditions that could result in hospitalization due to the stress of this unwarranted, unnecessary actions that this store and its employees have inflicted on them? These cirXXXXstances could end up in a legal lawsuit brought by the guest for harassment and the emotional, physical pain that has been inflicted on them?
I suggest management, the corporate offices of Race Trac educate the employees on how to analyze the cirXXXXstances in which it would be necessary to “ban” a guest from the property. This guest is not a “trash bag” or a “low life”. Yes they made a mistake. The guest made it a point to return to the store, speak with the store manager and identify themselves as the person who offended the associate and to seek out how to “smooth” things over and also to demonstrate they too were very upset over what was said. This is a good citizen, a god loving person who does truly care about people.
Jeanne Bergeron says
The man made a mistake. He should not have been banned from the store.

Had to get it towed and found out the fuel pump had to be replaced. The shop informed me that there was water all in my gas and throughout my lines and that wherever I had last gotten gas was the problem. Because of your store putting water in there gas I had to fork out $510.15 to fix a perfectly working car. I would love a response to this message because I don’t feel that it is fair.

STORE #522 – TAMPA, FL
I’ve been going to this racetrac for years and today will be the last day. I went to this store to see if my scratch off tickets are winners. I knew one were for sure, but wasn’t sure about the other ones because they are crossword puzzle and with those I’m always skeptic that I miss a word so I always get it scanned to see if they are winners. I handed the store manager who was helping me. 7 tickets I gave her and told her one is a winner, but I wasn’t sure about the rest. She looked at me and rolled her eyes, smirked and nodded her head and said you have one winner and you don’t know about the rest??! I said yes. She goes to the machine and is pissed off that she has to scan 7 tickets. Her colleague whispers are those winners? The store manager says no as she rolls her eyes. Her colleague ask why is she scanning those tickets? While they’re talking crap underneath their breath I’m standing there listening to this. Is it wrong that I wanted to check to see if my tickets are winners? So I told them the reason why she is scanning those tickets is because I didn’t scratch some of them all the way and also I want to make sure I’m not missing something. They’re just 7 tickets. No one was in line. I didn’t hold up a line. What is the big deal??? That is so rude and unprofessional!! As a store manager you’re supposed to lead and be courteous!! I didn’t do anything I greeted you smiled and gave you respect! After I said what I had to say she startled because she thought I didn’t hear what she had to say with her colleague. She knew I was upset and told me If I wanted to get the money or buy more. Of course I grabbed the money and she topped it off with have a goodnight!!! Oh I was pissed. Never will I ever go to this racetrac. Like seriously, who doesn’t check their tickets? She acted like I gave her 100s of tickets to scan! I guess she was having a bad day, but don’t take it out on a customer. Geese. I hope y’all get a new manager and hire mature people. Not everyone loves their jobs, but if no one has done anything to you and it’s your job than quit. 🙂

1/28/2016 Store #77 Harrison King
Good afternoon & thank you in advance for your time. I wanted to reach out to you today to tell you about my experience at store #77 in Carrollton TX with a Mr. Harrison King. First of i’d like to say this is my go to gas station, it’s in between my office and apartment and I tend to stop here once every other day but that is beside the point. I arrive today around 4:40PM after work on my way home, I picked up a pack of gum and asked for the change, from $10 to be put on the pump. There was no issue as the never has been in the past two years I’ve been going here. I get to the station and the gas does not start from the pump. Not an incredibly unusual occurrence, so I call for an attended to no avail. So I walk back inside to see what the issue was to be ‘greeted’ by Mr. Harrison King who says there was a problem with my card and I had to swipe again. He assured me that I would be refunded and that was just ‘the way it works’ What Mr. Harrison King doesn’t understand is that was the last $10 available until tomorrow and that money was for the gas to get to work and back. When I calmly express my dissatisfaction with the situation, Mr. Harrison King tells me that maybe I should go to quick-trip next time! I was absolutely applaud, I had been going there for two years because I always had great service, I would go out of my way to stop there the service was so good. I let Mr. Harrison King know perhaps next time I will go to quick-trip, “trust me, you won’t be missed” Mr. Harrison King exclaims. At this point I am bubbling. I ask Mr. Harrison King to please provide me with his name, he writes “Harrison King” “#77” and “214 790 XXXXX” which rang to his personal cell phone number. I understand a ten dollar transaction is not going to break the bank but to be disrespected like that in public is grounds much worse than a complaint. I am extremely disappointed that I will now have to find another morning convenience store. Again, thank you so much for your time and allowing myself to rant,

We went by two of two Racetracs in our town and saw signs everywhere for free any size drinks. It is very much out of our way but up until today, we would show our 44 oz cups to the cashier who waved us on to refill our soda. Today, we went in as usual and a very abrupt young man pointed out the signage was off the door and we were now to pay $8.00 for a cup that was much smaller than what we were getting. We were embarrassed and felt the advertising was very misleading! What a waste when we can go to Circle K and Speedway for a much less expensive drink at $.69 in a styrofoam cup every day. I can see my husband and I really do not matter to your company and that you’ve had poor communication with you staff about this promotion! No more Racetrac for us I guess!

Why be a Grinch for Christmas?
My name is Margarite Hudson and my daughter is Tatyanna. She is 10 years old soon to be 11. We visit the Clermont Florida race track frequently for snacks food, and of course gasoline. We love the frozen drinks and yogurt that you carry. Yesterday we were rudely mistreated without shame by an employee at this very location. The employee is named PJ. This gentleman while I was paying, decided to literally flip out and I am not exaggerating, because there was a little pink glitter on the 5 dollar bill that I was paying with. That happened to get on his hands while he was taking the money from me. My daughter and myself apologized. My daughter made the comment to this employee very nicely that it was from the tooth fairy and it was her money that we were paying with and that she was sorry about the glitter. This gentleman continued to carry on in a fashion that was very hurtful and very rude about the glitter getting on his hands. Almost as if it was acid instead. When he finally finished after we had apologized several times, he continued to say “it’s fine, it’s fine” a very rude fashion. Yet he made it quite clear he was quite disturbed about the whole mishap. As a parent it hurt me very much to the point where I was almost in tears when I got to my car. Because it is not only very close to the holidays but my daughters feelings were very hurt to. Not only did she not expect that but it was honestly nothing that should have caused this gentleman to act the way he did at all. You have lost my business. I do not want to ever take my daughter or myself to that store ever again. I will drive out of my way to get better service. But so close to Christmas and to a child a reaction like that would cause, I believe, any child let alone the parent to feel the same way I do. I suggest looking into this and fixing this so others will not go through what we went through. My daughter is old enough to understand recognise uncalled for treatment . I guarantee you because of this situation she will be as reluctant to ever visit again. As do I not blame her. That can make anyone not only a child, but a parent feel like this. Thank you.

To Cutrer, Tate Oct 17 at 10:52 AM
Tate,
Thank you for responding to my request for clarity.
I wanted to point out that if the reason I was terminated, without any other alternative consequence considered, was due to Racetrac policy alone, I would like to point out many other incidents where policy was not adhered to.
1. No cell phones on sales floor. However, Justin constantly was on the sales floor in front of guests, texting.
2. PPE, personal protective equipment. Is it policy to have associates clean up feces and human waste without proper PPE, especially now, where there are so many health concerns and the spread of diseases.
3. P.H. strips. It is required from the Health Department to check the PH of water every single time dishes are washed. I was the person who requested that the temperature be turned up on the hot water heater because the temperature was not hot enough, when I began working there.
4. Drinking of alcohol on property. Racetrac has been allowing a pregnant guest for the last seven months, to purchase alcholic beverages, and consuming them on the premises, and this was common knowledge of everyone in the store, and was brought up to your attention at a meeting where I was present. Nothing changed, and this has continued to take place daily.
5. The use of bleach in the store is against company policy. However, I personally witnessed Andronie using bleach, to clean the food cooler in the back while Liz was present. The smell of the bleach was so strong that my eyes and nose began to burn, and I had to vacate the store for a few minutes. The bleach smell circulated through the air conditioning ducts, so everyone in the store was affected. Many guests questioned me as to what was taking place.
6.The temp log sheet. Your employees are asked daily to fill out the temp sheets twice daily. However, it has been my experienced that when I bring out to the manager’s attention that when the temperatures have not been to the sheet’s specifications, nothing has been done about it. On some of the sheets that I did, you will see circles around the temperatures that were not correct.
Much has been said about company policy, but I would like to ask, if it was company policy for me to risk my safety when I jumped inside a moving car and applied the emergency brakes before it made contact with the gas pumps. This was witnessed by every new associate on opening week, because it took place in the front of the store and the meeting was being held in front of the store. I also received a write-up for this good deed and the guest came into the store to thank me personally. How much would this have cost the company, had I not intervened and stopped the car.
On one occasion, during the first couple months of my employment, on a rainy day, an elderly lady came into the store and slipped and fell in front of the registers. Justin was in the back room, so I immediately went back there to inform him. His response was, “great”. The ambulance came and the lady was taken away. Prior to the ambulance coming, I sat with her and assured her that everything would be ok.
On another occasion, someone broke their ankle at the pumps, and again, I sat with her, after giving her ice, and some water, until the ambulance arrived and she was taken to the hospital.
Finally, why is favoritism playing a part in Racetrac. Often some associates would show up late for work, and immediately upon punching in, would go outside to smoke a cigarette, and then get a snack and go and eat it in the back room, even though that were already late, and had punched in. These same individuals continue this to date. One of the policies of Racetrac is that you must be able to fulfill all duties requested of the company. This includes being able to lift often, very heavy trash bags from the gas pumps, and outside areas. I found that 90% of the time that either Matt or I were asked to perform these duties, and the girls would often say that they could not do it.
So, if we are going to use “Company Policies” as the protocol of making decisions for the consequences concerning employees and their future with the company, should they not be fair and consistent across the board? Or should it be used when it is convenient, to make a situation “go away”?
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope this information will help Racetrac address these issues, and allow the company to improve and thrive……..Patrick .

I always had bad customer service at this location the employees there are just so mean and rude. At the store in deltona FL.
I stop in to this store a few times weekly and the employees there never have a nice word to say to the customers and they never say hello to me as I walk I to the store . I get they feeling that the employees wish that I would have not came to to this location to buy gas or a fountain soda.
And while I try to give the money to the cashier she then throws the change back at me . Some one needs to look into this store ..asap.

I am disappointed with the treatment of employees who have worked with this company, I watched my son go from one area to the next for this company, never taking time out for his son because of this company, they fired him, fought against him receiving unemployment, in which was due because they hate to pay the benefits that are due. They use whatever tactics necessary to assure you are down. Well, I’m a Mother who don’t like their tactics and will assure not only Congress knows, business World must see what has happened – this Company would rather see their employees down before they allow them to get back up- my next move is News- every channel I can get to listen

Tonight I went into the Racetrac gas station located on the corner of Forsyth and E. Colonial to purchase tobacco, and I must say I’ve never in my life been disrespected as a customer the way I was disrespect tonight.
While making a tobacco product purchase I was on the phone speaking to a relative….While placing my order at the counter, Alissa Cruz asked if I had my ID. I replied no, however I stated my D.O.B of 1983 along with my age of being 30 y/I and continued with my conversation on the phone. While on the phone I made the statement “I honestly hate when I’m carded because I know I look over the legal age to buy tobacco products.” After I made my statement to the person on the phone, Alissa Cruz made the comment “Well you should have your ID on you at all times” in a very nasty tone. I immediately asked to whom was she speaking to and she replied that she was speaking to me. I then said excuse me…You have no right to tell me what I should and should not have on my person. She continues to be very rude and disrespectful, so I asked for her manager. She then points to the gentleman who was standing there beside her the entire time listening to her be rude, condescending, and facetious toward me while he was counting down a register. As I stood in disbelief that store manager Eddie Morales would let this type of unprofessional actions take place on his shift. Alissa Cruz continues to antagonize me in front of him by smiling and even instigates me to come behind the counter to fight her. After not wanting to go to jail behind an unprofessional employee who works for your company. I was furious and asked for the general managers name and contact information. Eddie Morales provided me contact information for Manager Brent Wright, whom I contacted and who’s vm sounds very unprofessional to be a manager and left a message. I was immediately contacted back however when I asked if he was the general manager he states that’s he is one of the managers and Racetrac does not have general managers. Being that I didn’t believe that statement, I advised Brent Wright of all that took place and told him that I will be contacting corporate by email and would like disciplinary action taken against Store Clerk Alissa Cruz. I cannot believe Racetrac would employ someone like her! She is very rude, disrespectful, and I’m shocked to see that she’s employed with a company of such high standards. Shift Manager Mike Mendez along with the other crew members that night stood there as this employee blatantly disrespected me in front of managers and customers. Your company should be ashamed that you employ people like her! If nothing is done I reference to this incident you will lose a lot of customers because of her NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, GHETTO ATTITUDE! People like her will never make it far and if Racetrac continues employ people like her neither will they!!!
Sincerely
Disrespected DAILY Customer

I don’t think what she said was rude…. Its her job to make sure the customer is old enough to purchase tobacco/alcohol. And in my opinion, it’s very rude to stand at a counter while talking on the phone. Just sayin…

It’s hard for people who do not work these kinds of jobs to truly understand what we go through as a store clerk. First off its our job to i.d. if you look under a certain age. You should have took that as a compliment that she ask for your i.d. instead of being stuck up and saying no. Second that is the rudest things a person could do is be on the phone while trying to get good customer service without the service clerk getting annoyed of the fact that they are trying to help you nd you really aren’t paying attention but want our full attention. Third how do u even know her full name seems kind of personal just saying.
Only talking from my past history working at a gas station. You could be in a perfectly good mood but sometimes there’s a-holes who come in with no respect or thinking they are higher than you just because you work at a has station

Hello. I stopped at RaceTrac 675 today – just prior to 9.00AM. I have had the misfortune of using my TD Bank credit card at one of your pumps. My total gas bill was for $50.89. Upon reviewing my TD credit card charges about 5 hours later, I discovered the following charges: 1) 5542 $28.44 2) 5542 $151.00 3) 5542 $151.00 4) 5542 151.00 5) 5542 $1.00. Now this totals to $482,44, why so much?
Why is this gas puchase $482.44 when the actural puchase was just $50.89?
Why?
I would appreciate an answer. Yes, I will challenge all amounts over the correct amount of $50.89.

I was in the Oakwood, Georgia RaceTrac location on Monday night (5/12/14), when I had the displeasure of dealing with the night manager, Jason. The first unpleasant part of my experience occurred when I first entered the store. I overheard him speaking to one of the other employees rudely. His attitude affected me when I approached the register; here he was short with me, had an attitude, and when I asked about having my scratch off ticket checked he told me that the machine was down (in a tone that indicated that I should have already knew that). This was not my first unpleasant experience with him, but it will definitely be my last. I will not be returning to this location.

I am a regular customer at the Racetrac in river oaks texas, went in there 2 days ago(Friday May 9th) to purchase some milk instead of having to deal with Walmart, so bought the milk made a bowl of cereal, made another one today and noticed there’s clumps in the cereal so take a closer look pull the milk back out of the fridge and open the cap and it’s full of clumps on the inside of cap take a pic of cap and expectation date (may 18th) and send to my mother who worked for highland dairy in Oklahoma for a number of years and she tells me it was not refrigerated properly at the store which I know is an issue from the vendor Borden but Jesus Christ people working in the store should keep up with things and make sure things that need to be in coolers stay in coolers, I tried finding a email for corporate and cannot find a single one to send this picture of and get a refund but y’all’s website is basically only for store locations whoever designed your website needs to be fired

I love how it’s near impossible to file a complaint with the company online. Their mobile website is of excruciatingly poor quality with limited options, one such being any means to contact or file complaints within the company. I’m not a fan of third party web browser apps allowing me to view websites as a browser, however, I am seriously considering downloading one just so I can view their website in a nonmobile format as a means of properly complaining. When if look for any way to email the company my complaint I am simply redirected to their joke of a mobile website. RaceTrac also lacks in-store customer comment cards, something they should seriously consider doing. It would open corporates eyes to the atrocities that take place inside their establishments.
I will be taking the time to call and complain, however I have serious doubts anyone would care seeing as how I am treated in any and all RaceTrac stores.
More to the point, RaceTrac located off of 635 & Northwest Highway in Garland, TX (2018 Northwest Highway. Garland, TX 75042) has, by far, some of the worst managers and customer service. Some of the ladies are nice and sweet but unfortunately the kind associates do not make up for the total lack of commitment put forth by the managers. The night manager, James, is by far the worst. Not only do I go in sometimes to hear him tell employees about how “back in his day” he use to beat up gay people (“XXXXXXXXs” in his arrogant manner of speaking) because they were, well, gay. I’ve heard him callously throw around the term “ni****” and “spic” ; he makes it a point to only follow colored people around the store as I have heard him tell associates “those people are the real problem.” Anyone bearing a tattoo must be a terrible person in his eyes. I have even walked in on him smoking a cigarette inside the store “because I don’t give a f***.”
I am never, ever going in RaceTrac again. I will not pay out of my pocket for a company like RaceTrac to support bigoted racist bastards like yours truly Night Manager James.
Not only will I call in a complaint but I will mail this identical complaint to their Head Quarters.
I suggest take all your business to QuikTrip. At least they care about their customers no matter race, sex, religion, or sexual orientation.

Racetrace #638 bloomingdale fl, just left there from a road trip & the girl at the front counter seem to be on some type of drugs, she was nodding off in the middle of a transaction & in the matter of 5 min. I was in the store she went to the bathroom twice, sounds like coke to me, but as she was coming out of the restroom she was putting pills in her mouth, i dont think energy pills come out of a prescription bottle either, i would feel a little more comfortable if you preformed a random drug test on the location especially seeig she was a memeber of management, i would like to know the results but ill travel back just on curiosity to see who was actually fired

As I was pulling into a gas station in sanford florida, I ran across some bumps in the parking lot at a speed of two miles an hour. Despite this I received massive damage to my vehicle. Due to a lack of signs on your premise stating no such rise in elevation for such bumps. I would appreciate if I am contacted further for this

I spoke with the Lafayette manager and he said banks will charge the $99 preauthorization…….Its not my bank!!!! I pump gas at the Opelousas LA RaceTrac all the time and have never been charged a preauthorization….AND THE BATTLE BEGINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The race trac at 1525 beltline in grade prairie,tx is like walking in a first grade classroom. The employees act like 6 year olds, they play around with each other and talking about other employees. The line to checkout is always at least 10 deep. When they say we need another person at the register they fight with each other who will go.
I go to lonestar park down the street all the time and I am hoping quick trip builds a store across the street so I can shop there instead of a bunch of kids clowning around all the time.
Y’all need to check on this store.

I just came back from pumping gas at the racetrac in Baton Rouge, la on Greenwell springs road; store #191. I used the automatic shutoff, but it was broken and has ended up spewing out all over the ground. I went inside to let the clerk know so they could put up a sign or something for other patrons, but she ignored me and acted as if I hadn’t said a word. I wasn’t asking for any money back, or refund… I simply believe something should have been done so that the next customer wouldn’t do the same. The pump operating like that is unsafe and the clerks lack of concern was disturbing.
