I went to guick cash about with a COVID help program approx 4 weeks ago before the ck came I called the Lancaster CA store told them I’m getting a CK for 8,500 from COVID how much will I chg me to cash the ck they said 3 present, but when I got the CK I went in to cash it and the teller said no it’s not 3 percent it’s higher for those cks he said that it is his bosses decision tochg amt them after he called his boss and the boss said 1,275 dollars to cash it I was so upset no other places around me so I had to go with that amt them yesterday I went there and asked for a reciept for that transaction the rep gave a receipt which said that I paid 850, so now I’m making a complaint with the Corp office and the police dept today and I had to pay my landlord all of that 1,275 anybody else have this happen to u?

My name is Anthony Horton. I have been with Lend Nation for over a year now as a constant customer even before they changed their name from National Quick Cash to who they are now. I have been cashing my work checks there an everything. May 29th I was denied my payment for my current loan even though everything on my file was the same it had always been. I have always used the same card on file, the same bank, Including all bank statements from that bank. They said because my check wasn’t depositing onto the same card that’s been on file this whole time that I couldn’t pay or renew my loan and I didn’t understand at the time because I had $566 ready to pay off the loan an then renew because it was our bill money. For the year an a half I have been going there I have never had any problems.. now they tell me they can’t use the card on file or take my payment when they have bank statements showing for the year an a half I have been going there that my check has never deposited onto the card that’s on file an they should’ve known that by the bank statements.. they have even cashed my work checks and still would use that card on file an let me renew an now it’s a big deal after a whole year an some…. Now they want to sue me when they denied my payment on 05/29/2019! This is nonsense!! I don’t deserve to be sued when I’ve always been a paying reoccurring customer.

Found a ring that was labeled 39 dollars went to buy them and they said they had them labeled wrong I’m sorry but that is the price the ring was out for and if I do not get a phone call tomorrow then I’ll be calling better Business bureau. Went i to location in Sierra Vista, AZ. The clerk was on her phone and made a hushed comment about having to get off her phone to give me service. I was retreiving a check to be cashed there and she exaims to me in a very snobby, why are u bothering me rudely way that she must look at it first so it can verified. She looks at the check and asks what ki d of check is ut,Isay itis a claims check for phone insurance, a refund check I say. She then proceeds to scoff at me and once again, rudely says, like I am a total idiot, that they dont cash refund checks here. She gives me no other explaination as to why or why not, I try and tell her it is not a government check or , per sei , refund check. Once again I get the, by now usual, snotty, snobby, rude, we dont cash those, and immediatly picks up her phone.
If this is the normal operating procedures and exspected treatment from Quick Cash business and its employees then I will never return and make sure I will paste all social media and any other ways availiable to me about this “service” I received and advise people to steer clear from them.
Hello, i have been a customer to Quik Cash for a year now i have to say i am and was a good customer.I am a senior citizen and it helped me with medicine and food.I alway’s paid my loan back and though i had to keep taking it out.Last month when i went to pay off my loan and take it out again they had lowered the amount i could get.I paid it off and got less money.But it created a hardship for me that i didn’t see coming and i ended up sick and in the hospital for a day.Now my payment is behind i wanted a plan where i could pay it off a little at a time.This month make’s me eligible for 4 monthly payment’s but they are asking me for 400.oo.My loan was 280.00 i can pay but i am paying catch up it’s just kind of hard.Will you or can you set me a plan to pay this off that i can handle.
I wanted to take a moments to express how awful this company has became for the employees. . I worked at this company for seven years. I did everything they ask plus much much more. I was fired for something I take full responsibility for , but I know for a fact that part of my termantion was also a result cause I had a brief relationship with the regional best friend.. i have won awards plus a ipad from this company. I think QUIK CASH IS A GREAT COMPANY, but I feel that any one who is management from area managers and above our the ones bringing this company down. They have once said in a meeting that WE ARE REPLACABLE..well thank you for valuing me and the hard work I do for your company. I have missed many of my children sport games cause of the lack of caring of their employees. I always said that the csr are the nurses who do everything while the management sits backs and collects all the high income in their pockets.. just like doctors. I truly feel that this owner must come to the saint louis stores and work the trenches. Take notice that there dead mice in the walls, roaches falling from the ceilings, human toxic waste running down the walls at the king highway store. We breath in these toxins. Plus I also feel management looks for the very very low class whites and blacks, cause they know they will settle cause they so desperately need a job.. its very sad that this company is not what it was seven years ago, really not even four years ago… its not the owner fault it’s the area managers a s regional managers who dug this company to a bottomless pit of quick sand..they yell and demand so much from the csr cause the company is going down. They only pay 9hr, they will never keep you at a store no more then six moths then you are off to other and other and other..they never say HEY GOOD JOB …they talk down to you. They don’t care about you, they beat your backs with wipes so we can pull numbers that are very unrealistic. .have they not notice the enocomy is awful, so how can we get the money back when you don’t check into the customer app..They throw money out the windows but want to take away your monthly income bonus when the audit is bad but they get to keep their big chunk. It is very very sad, they have let go many many good people. So.dumb on them cause maybe the company would be better if those ladies or men would still be there. You Work from 8am to 8pm.. you can not clock out for lunch, you have to shovel your food in one bite. I could go on on on, but I wont.. i hope Darren Anderson does something about the mess his management has created. . I seriously doubt it cause now of the big people listen to the little people, but o that’s right we are replacable.. MR. Anderson I am pretty sure my number is still in cashwise. I just got turned down for a MUCH NEEDED payday loan, because THESE A-HOLES claim I still have an open loan with them. I haven’t had a loan with them in a YEAR!
