We bought dlx long chaise cvr. 2 of them on 4/1/2019 and they have all ready ripped because the cover is to thin!!!! We have bought a lot from you but we will not any more
I purchased items with gift cards that belonged to my late mother. I found these cards (some as old as 5 years) in a drawer after her death. I thought it would be a great idea to buy family members items as a last gift from her. I checked all the cards and almost all had balances. (ranging from $0.13 to $279.00) All were check on the Plow and Hearth website. I purchased 8 different items and had them set up to ship to each person. The following day all orders were cancelled. When I called I was told they had no record of the orders, luckily I had printed each confirmation. I was then told that the gift cards were not valid. Although they were able to charge them and the funds removed. They stated I did not use a PIN # with these cards. Like I said most were 4 and 5 years old. Plus Plow and Hearth does not require a PIN to check balance. Ultimately I have been treated as if I had stolen something. All but 1 person (Jennifer, very nice & helpful) have been extremely rude, that’s when I can even get a response. It’s been 2 weeks and still I am out over $800.00. I think the thief is Plow and Hearth. Do not buy from these people, they do not even honor the gift cards that have been paid for.
