Hello ,
My name is Robin Hicks. I went to Piper pizza on Silverbell in Tucson on 3-29-2022 around 410pm
It was my 4 year old grandson’s birthday and we are from Minnesota and we don’t have Piper pizza so I decided to bring my grandchild there to celebrate instead of Chuck E. Cheese.
First when we Arrived the card machine was not working so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. While waiting I decided to place an order for food.
When I explained to the cashier that I did not have my regular glasses, I needed help on getting the best deal off the board, I asked her what was on the board for deals. The cashier stated she “I do not know what the deals” are. So I placed an order for $34 and not one soda came with that. I continued to ask for help finding a deal and did not get it. I walked very close to the board and read that if you spend that much you should get 10% off your card. The lady cashier, and the manager stated the deal did not apply because I had already purchased card points. That did not make sense to me because we were still waiting on the machine to start working. Since the card was not complete or done processing I felt he/she could have helped me with the 10% off due to the machine having issues because a new system was being put in place.
Second, when our food came it was very disappointing. The chicken wings look like they were already eaten off, and should not be sold. The chicken wings were dry and stuck together. As I walked up to talk about the poor quality of food we received it seemed as if I was being an inconvenience to the staff. I was getting dirty looks and I felt uncomfortable asking for my money back. I asked the workers why the chicken looked like this and the reply I got was “the shipment has been bad for months”. With no real solution in place they offered me boneless wings (which I hate) that were not very good. I spent about $100 or so dollars in the establishment and my experience was very bad.
Lastly as we brought out the cake and ice cream nobody came to clean off our table so we could eat the cake. I piled up all the pizza stuff and dirty plates and still no one came to help us. This was my first experience at Peter Piper pizza and it was not nice at all

Hello I recently always order from the location on 91st ave an Peoria in Arizona and I am not happy with the manger Ethan. He took my Order at 7:05 told me it will be ready in 20 minutes I get there in about 30 minutes and he said he gave my order away. Someone picked it up. No one would have picked up my order!!! Then he said he would make me another one. I just wanted 30. Minutes and now you want me to wait another minutes because he screwed up. I’m not happy that he was making it seem like I called the wrong location he made it seem like I was in the wrong when I spoke to him directly and he took my order. He gave my order away and the best he could do was make me another one. I don’t know how he is a manger if he is giving peoples orders away!! I will not be going back to that location

I had a birthday gathering for my 13-year-old son this weekend at the Peter Piper Pizza in Brownsville Texas on Central Blvd. Invitations went out for 16 teenage boys and 20 showed up. The time frame was from 4-6 PM it was 8 PM and parents had not showed up to pick up their boys. We sat off to the side on one table since the entire eating area was reserved for parties. The boys continued to play games and started coming and going to the seated area. One of the Managers approached the boys very loudly and asked them if they were alone. I spoke up and told her NO they were with me. At this point she is standing in front of the entire area with an officer to the side telling me that she has received several complaints about the boys and they need to go home. I think this was totally uncalled for and embarrassing. No one had approached me about the boy’s behavior so for her to come over and cause a seen was totally uncalled for. I believe these employees need better management skills. This is the last time that i will have any type of gathering at this establishment.

8/7/19 around 11:30 am at the Peter pipoer on 67th ave and Indian school in Phoenix I was there with my daughter trying to have lunch.when 3 men walked in ordered then flipped and started yelling at the workers and wanted a refund. They left ,then one man came back in and started yelling at a women in line and cursing and saying rude comments. He walked out again then moved his car then walked in again tell at the employees that’s when about 5 different parties quickly moved out to leave including myself and daughter we were scared as the man was saying he was gonna shoot that lady cause she was a trump supporter?? I have never been so scared sitting there. We never even got to eat anything. But what I don’t get is why the manager of the store never once told the guy to leave! What has the world become!! ☹

I took my two grandkids to the PPP at 1285 I35,store #606 in New Braunfels,TX for the lunch buffet on the last day of school ( 5-30-19 ). We arrived at 1:20 p.m.and stood in line behind one woman ordering for herself and five kids. It took the lady on the register until 1:45 p.m. to get done. I paid and we got some pizza and a small salad ( one salad bowl was empty the other had about 1/4 bowl, handles ondressings were coated in dressing and there were only four partial pizzas out and they said “oh we have one bread coming out in a minute”. I watched at five minutes ’til 2 p.m. as they took all pizza off the bar and put it in boxes. I approached the girl that was acting management and spoke to her, telling her that they needed to tell customers there would be no pizza put out after a certain time; I could have gone elsewhere for lunch. I paid for a buffet that I did not get ! The young lady said her general manager will not let them refill nor leave pizza / bread out . If there isn’t going to be food up until 2:00 p.m. then people need to be aware. Reading the above complaints I see a lot of customer service problems, poor management and I see nothing in replies about it being taken care of. Having 5000 employees doesn’t mean much if you only worry about money and not your customers ! You need new management at this location and more attention paid to customers !

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing in hopes that immediate action may be taken about the following issue. Last night, I was at a lock in at the Peter Piper Pizza located in Alamo, Texas. It was a church youth event, and many of our youth were looking forward to this event. Throughout the night, we witnessed mice running around the dining area and game room. We immediately notified management, but we were surprised by their reaction. All they said was, “yes, we know we have a rodent problem”. Not once did they walk over to see and confirm for themselves. They acted as if it was perfectly normal. We were extremely disgusted by it because as I stated, mice were constantly running around different areas.
PLEASE do something about this. I am reaching out to corporate since local management will not do anything about it. This is the second year we have had a youth lock-in at this location, and we would be saddened to know that nothing was done to solve this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to hear from you soon.

On Sunday 04/07/2019, I went to Peter Piper Pizza at 10170 W. McDowell Rd. Avondale, AZ 85392 Store # 1232 at 12:57PM and received the worst customer service in my life. Store Training Manager Alicia handled herself in a very rude, very unprofessional manner. I told her,” she was an embarrassment to the Peter Piper Pizza Cooperation for her unprofessionalism and rude behavior”. She then said, I was disrespectful, because I called her out on her bad, rude behavior. She then threatened me, and said she was going to call the police on me. How can you call the police, when I did not do anything wrong and/or for no reason. I felt threatened with Alicia yelling in my face and throwing her hands in my face. She then she lunged at me as though she was going to hit me. The other Manager Chris had to get in the middle and was telling her to calm down. Wow! Alicia is the ‘Store Training Manager’; this would be a perfect example of NOT HOW TO TREAT a customer. She did this in front of my family of 11, this included toddlers. This lady needs to be reprimanded for her actions. PLEASE VIEW THE VIDEO. This all started , when one of her workers told my family to move off the table they were sitting at, eating in the middle of lunch (they were sitting there for 45 minutes already as we waited for our food). All we wanted was an apology from management for the workers rudeness for telling us to move from the table in the middle of eating our lunch. Alicia ‘ StoreTraining Manager’ came over to the table, with a rude demeanor and never apologized for her workers error. The table we were sitting at, was never marked reserved, (no sign in place). I asked for Cooperate phone number from Alicia and Chris, Alicia yelled at Manager Chris across the building to not give me the number and demanded him to come to her now. Again, she even treated Manager Chris rudely and unprofessional. I travel once a week all the way across town to eat at this location. I will never ever go back. This was the worst experience in my life. Please train the staff and management on how to conduct them professionally and with good customer service. I spent over $100.00 there yesterday and spend well over $50.00 every time I go there to eat; I will not ever spend another cent there!

My wife and I are very upset with your establishment in Yuma. This was our first and last visit we ordered the buffet for two and a soda and beer (the time on the receipt) said 11:50 PM. Then she explained to us you have salad different types of pizza and drinks and start at the other end. Sounds good we got our drinks found a table (it was busy a lot of kids yelling 7 playing) Went back got one piece of pizza wife got a small salad. When we went back to get our pizza we were told that the buffet is closed ???? I asked for the manager she informed me she was the manager and and i should read the sign i asked what sign she said at the exit door. I explained to her I was not exiting yet i came to eat. She said she announced last call at 1:59 So i walked backed and asked others did they hear a last call no one did they heard as i did large pizza for Joe. I think when we entered the girl new we had never been in Peter Piper should have told us we had less then 10 min. to eat. We walked out $21.33 for a very small salad one peace of pizza and 1/4 glass of beer and 1/2 soda.

I was very disappointed yesterday when I stop by at the store #603 located in SA, TX to order 2 pizzas, wings and a cinnamon crunch. I was never bussed and when I walked up to ask about my order the staff was confused. The called an assistant manger and when I asked if the pizzas were hot she replied yes, after I checked them, they were cold so I asked if she could please warm them up. She was rude and didn’t even apologize. It took them an hour before getting my order.

I had a party last night at 5pm. I paid cash deposit days before the party. I spoke with Manger older gentleman who instructed me to keep receipt give on day of party. The host was Martina. She checked in twice. I got pizza she brought back and cups for kids.I gave her reciept she stated was taking to manager and when she came back I ask her if she still had my reciept she confirmed. I had 3 people go to the counter to buy more pizza, get my ice cream, buy more cups for adults , becasue she was no where around. Then she came back said I had 2 mins left that i need to pay. I even stayed another hour plus. With everthing happening and my guests I just knew it was done right. Yesterday was a long day I dont have tine to find or check in for a service i paid for. I am unpacking gifts and find that I paid 141.75 with included a 12.88 tip. This is truly unfair. Nor did manger call me to apologize and make this right. After everything I call today and i was told that a reciept was found from last night..I have to drive all the way back for my refund and manger says Elijah was manger last night. My receipt says he was the cashier too!!

Today we celebrated my son’s 8th birthday party at peter piper pizza at 8250 Marbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78227. We have enjoyed parties in the past. But today was the worst service we have ever recieved. Our host (Misty) was not to be found as guest waited for food and drinks. We had to chase her down more than once. When management was contacted manager “Jonathan” was rude and very unprofessional. This manager definitely needs a course in people skills. Nothing was done and the party went on with my wife an I playing host. Running down employees for drinks and food. 15 mins before party wrapped up. Host came over and stood there. She apologized and said her manager was mad and had her doing other things. But was told now to stand in our area in case we still needed something. When asked why the manager Jonathan was mad? She wouldnt say. Needless to say, we will never hold another birthday party here again with managers like that. Party Guests wont be either as they notice the lack of service.

Terrible advertising!! A dad comes home-mom says, “son was sent home from school-because he bit a classmate.” He looks like he is 9, 10 or 11 years old?? Dad says that seems to deserve a pizza night??? What….disgusting?
Then mom turns to the same son at the restaurant and says-“you wanna a BITE?”
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Start to finish-
Condoning biting a classmate with a reward, thinking its funny and then making fun of it at the end of the commercial. Sorry you paid for that advertising!
Jody says
The new advertisement out showing a boy sent home from school only to be rewarded by “dad” with a trip out for dinner to PPP is ridiculous. Very bad advertising. This is not parenting skills that need to be modeled let alone rewarded. How could you!?! What were you thinking? Very disgusted ?

Yesterday, October 31, I phoned in a order for 2 large pepperoni pizzas at 4:15pm. I got to the store at baseline and mcclintock in tempe, az at 5pm. My order was not even put together yet because they failed to ask my name or misplaced the order. It was kind of a slow night, but while the manager is running around trying to take care of everyone, one girl who was dressed in her halloween outfit was just walking back and forth from the game room to the kitchen not doing anything. Also, two girls were blowing up balloons in the prize area. All the while the manager, the manager, is stressing out running around doing everything. Finally the cook of all people comes out to help and has to tell the girls to stop blowing up balloons. Meanwhile, people are in line trying to order, me and another have waited an hour for our order, but people sitting down were getting their orders. Last night was completely disorganized, and the manager was doing nothing about it. And at the end our pizza came out cold, but I’m not waiting any longer for a hotter pizza!
