I grew up in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada which was the home of Niagara Dry Beverages. In the late ’60’s or early 70’s that company was taken over by Pepsi in Canada. I have been a major collector of Niagara Dry memorabilia for some time. In the late 1930’s there was a corporation out of Buffalo, NY that incorporated under the Niagara Dry name as well but that company ceased to operate in early 1940’s and officially closed in 1950, I believe. But, I have now also come across New Century Beverage that advertised Niagara Dry Pale Ginger Ale. This company apparently sold to Pepsico.

I called the store to check to see if they had diet Pepsi no so they ask salesmen. No problem he had it in 20 packs . Great news for me so I ordered 12 . I ask if I preordered if I could lock the price in Dollar General said and so did salesmen. Great I can save some money on my Social Security. Now after 2 months. I am a 56 year old retired male who is looking at getting back into the job market. I had an “interview “ 2/21/18 in Pleasant Prairie, WI with Jeff. The “interview “ was me watching a 10 minute video of your Company and Jeff reading to me from a script. Jeff then told me there is a hands on excercise using a dolly. I explained that I had never used a dolly which Jeff showed me how to operate it. Jeff told me to move the dolly and remove only the soda cases that I needed to stock a display. Jeff said the exercise was timed and gave me 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes were up I didn’t stock the display entirely. Jeff told me the interview was over, thanked me for my time and escorted me out. Is this how a multi billion dollar global company conducts interviews? Very unprofessional and highly disappointed by Jeff’s lack of being personable. Never once did ask what I could do to help Pepsi be better or my qualifications. The entire “interview “ was based on how quickly I could load and unload a pallet. This “interview “ process can best be described as a joke! Step up your game Pepsi and get into the 21st century.

I have purchased Aquafina Water for years. Now someone had the bright idea to change the bottle design. The bottle cap is half the size. It cannot be trusted; it leaks if it accidentally tips over or if you accidentally squeeze it to hard. The new bottom of the bottle doesn’t allow the bottle most of the time to sit straight – it leans, again, not trustworthy. I will now have to find someone else with more trustworthy bottles because I won’t be buying these terrible ones again. Whoever in Marketing had this idea should be kicked in the butt.

Well, here I am savoring my very last can of Diet Pepsi before switching over to Diet Coke. I have been one of your biggest supporters since saccharin was in the beverage!! Since you’ve decided that Suralose was wanted by so-called “Popular Demand”, and to take out Aspertame, I must switch. I get severe headaches from Sucralose (Splenda). This was my last choice to share this concern but I see no other option. My husband, a 10+ year employee was placed on what he was told was a 3 day leave for a verbal disagreement with another vendor. He was told by warehouse manager and his supervisor he would be contacted in 3 days. Finally, 9 days later after not receiving a call and being unable to reach the HR contact Natalia Johnson because her Voice-mail is full, which it still is as of this day he contacted the speak up line simply in hopes of receiving an update. Next day miraculously his supervisor sends a text that HR responded, would he like to do it that day or Monday (do what??). He ended up being terminated with absolutely of communication from HR. We are still trying to reach Natalia for his personnel file and cannot. How can a company this size operate so against the employee? Isn’t HR supposed to be impartial? And I find it interesting the termination decision came after contacting the Speak up line…retaliation? This termination was based on the use of 1 inappropriate word, yet my husband had endured several years of supervision under a man who openly degraded members of the team and spoke so disparagingly to them including the use of profanity. HR investigated that twice based on other coworker complaints yet miraculously that man is still in his position.

I called to inform Pepsico about an Employee that is on a puplic chat application that talks about ripping off Pepsico and how he steals from company everyday, also he post obscene photos in his Tropicana shirt. He drives for Tropjcana out of Jersey his route is in PA where the liberty bell is..name is D Pyle . This application allows you to share the recordings and I have, but then since I complained and turned this in to you I have been harrasssed by this man and his wife…WoW

PLEASE bring back Pepsi One with Splenda. I am allergic to the other sweetners. It is the BEST!!! When we travel we carry 5-8 cases because it is so hard to find. I am down to my last 4 cans.
I came to realize that Pepsi does not provide a good customer service and communication. I want someone from Customer Service contact me asap/badly so that I can address issue. They gave us an expired 2013 syrup product! I am trying communicate and resolve the problem, but no one is able to help, listen, and communicate with us. They don’t know if they have a Customer Service email address and they don’t check their emails! I wish their business will be shut down!

PEPSI SUPPORT IS A JOKE THEY ARE AS BRAINLESS & INCOMPETENT as is permitted by the company the allows them hired! They are overpaid, anything over $1.00 for the entire staff is too much since they are essentially worthless as a service to help the customer!

we just purchased a 24 ounce 6 pak of pepsi from randys market in benld il and my handicapp brother went to open it and o my god theres something floating in it , not sure what it is but its big enough to see . thats disgusting. i contacted corperate headquarters now have to wait and see if they care enough to contact me back. seal has not been broken still factory set . ugggggggggg and ewwwwwwwwwwwww how nasty. maybe they have a disgruntled employee . geeeez
