Pepperidge Farm was founded in 1937 by Margaret Rudkin in Fairfield, Connecticut. The company name comes from the family farm, which was named after the Pepperidge trees that grew there. The company manufactures and sells baked goods, many of them frozen.
The company was acquired by Campbell Soup Company and now operates as a subsidiary. The company makes a wide range of baked goods, including bread, crackers, including the popular Gold Fish crackers, cakes, frozen desserts, and cookies.
Pepperidge Farm appeals to consumers by offering as “natural” a product as possible, with a minimum of additives. The founder was known for her non-allergen bread, a recipe she made herself after she found that her son was allergic to wheat.

Your products are good; however, the bags your cookies are to hard to open and you end up tearing the bag and not being able to reseal it. my husband with strong hands couldn’t get it open, what would an elderly person do?

Another idea for your Milano dark chocolate cookies. No acknowledgement required.
Same sandwich as your Milano cookies, but use raspberry filling between the two halves, instead of the chocolate filling, and then dip half the entire cookie in dark chocolate, like the Italian Christmas cookies. These would be great, especially at Christmas time. 🙂

Hello, Pepperidge Farms
Hi, I seen that the Willard, Ohio plant is hiring. So I stopped to fill out an application. I got call from the HR to come in for a interview. I put down for multiple positions. So Angela Williams decided. To interview me for a line mechanic. I did not pass the maintenance test. Therefore I asked her if by chance. Is there any other positions open. She told me to reply in six months. So six months later I called. I asked to speak with Angela Williams. I did in fact talk with her. She told me to come fill out another application. So I did and she interviewed me. But she would not hire me. Due to the fact that I worked at the Willard, Ohio plant. When I was in high school in 2003. She said that she had to look into it further. Reminder that I had to quit do failing grades. I also left on good terms with two weeks notice. So I gave it a few and decided to call and check on my application. They would not hire me. Because she said that there was no way. That I was employed there. While I was in school. But I was in fact working there because I was under a job training contract through school. Needless to say that was around 15 years ago. I’ve been calling to check on my application at least once a week. You think with six months of trying to get a job. Showing interest in wanting to work for Pepperidge Farms. That Angela Williams would notice between someone wanting a job and not. Also wanting someone like me with a good job history with no gaps in between.
