Subject: RE: Upgrade your Workers’ Comp with Paychex HR PEO
Good afternoon,
I promise you your colleagues/company does NOT consider Ace Lab Systems, Inc. “As a valued Paychex client”.
We are highly dissatisfied with the lack of service and excessive errors in the processing of our company’s payroll.
I had ONE payroll that was processed without error in the TWO YEARS that I have been with the company.
The lack of attention and customer service is not only insulting but embarrassing at this point.
The owner, Dave Luetkemeyer, and myself both requested to speak to a supervisor and was told a supervisor was going to contact us, it has now been A WEEK a no phone call.
We are in the process of looking for an alternative to Paychex all together.
The last thing I need right now is another service from Paychex that is going to lack customer service.

I concur with the above ratings of about a minus 10 rating. This company is one of the worst I have every dealt with. I have Been dealing with a Giselle Martinez who has screwed up at every turn! They have “forgotten” payroll, even with the pay period information. Multiple times despite repeated complaints, this most recent screw-up was they collected 2 pay periods on the same day. And charged me 2 payroll fees!!!! And they caused an overdraft, and charged me again NSF fee and processing charge fees. On top of what my bank charged. This is fraud and malfeasance at it’s worst. This company doesn’t have people who know anything about their jobs or the term “customer service”. If I owned this company I would be embarrassed to tell anyone! I don’t see them in business much longer. Not a company I would invest in!

New customer with Paychex. What a mistake! The sales Rep Mollie made all the promises in the world to us….but didnt deliver! Everything has been a mess for months and when you call them out on anything they act as though it is your fault with the standard answer, looks ok on our end. I am so fed up with their so called customer service! Should have never switched!! When you call Paychex you NEVER get a live person nor a returned phone call it is always by email. Social media is your best bet now a days to spread the word! Everyone please do just that about how horrible Paychex is. Thanks!

My husband began as a customer with the Paychex office in Novi, MI. Excellent customer service, well trained staff. The business moved to West Virginia in 2016 so we were transferred to the Pittsburgh, PA office. Due to a large turnover of representatives that had poor skills or lack of training made repeated errors on payrolls, taxes, etc. We separated from Paychex as of 1/1/2018. Too many reasons to list here but I will name them all if anyone is willing to assist us. We emailed, fax, and notified each and every representative of the address change due to the rep before never updated it. in Jan 2017, and Jan 2018 both packages of W-2’s were mailed to the old Michigan address…neighbors found the packages in the driveway in the snow two years in a row. The current rep even emailed us in December 2017 for us to verify the business mailing address and was still sent to Michigan. By the time the office received them in WV, February 3, 2018 the office contacted our former representative that there was multiple errors on my husband’s W-2. ( The owner) The office was informed by the representative that all of the company records had been deleted due to us separating from the company, and that all records must be recreated to correct Michael Holley’s W-2. Numerous phone calls and emails were sent to representatives, supervisors, and account manager. When the rep did respond she stated she was working on it and it will take some time. I emailed and called both the rep, supervisor, and the account manager. The rep was very prompt with a return call today to my surprise. I was informed they were still working on it as of today May 8, 2018. I was also informed “I will be charged a substantial fee for the recreation of the records and my husband’s W-2 and i couldn’t receive the W-2 until it was paid. We have to pay for the rep to correct the errors she made in the first place and deleted all records?

I would like to talk with Martin Mucci and explain to him why moving from ADP to Paychex was the worst business decision I have ever made and why I am tempted to use the internet to share my experience with my freinds on Linkdn, Facebook and other media.
I have had issues from the very start with every product of Paychex from the very start, including time and attendance, software, 401K, Workmens Compensation and payroll. Your supervisors and managers are non-responsive and never follow through with what they say they are going to do. I cant even get a list of things they promised to deliver.
I need somebody with some authority to respond to me. My cell – 201-206-XXXXX

I again emailed high priority email at 12:15 to same email and also Vance, Kenya L <klvance@paychex.com and again no response from either one.
I again emailed this morning to both of them and still no payroll or response from anyone.
This is an on going situation that needs to be reviewed for you are giving me no other options but to seek out different payroll service.

IT ALL STARTED 3 WEEKS AGO WITH SOMEONE ON YOUR END OR OURS HACKED IN TO THE PAYCHEX SYSTEM AND CHANGED 3 EMPLOYEES DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS. I WAS SENT EMAILS FOR THE 3 EMPLOYEES AND FORWARD THEM TO
MY PAYROLL SPECIALIST. WE WERE SENT A EMAIL FROM A TREVOR HARRIS INFORMING US THAT HE WAS KEEPING A PERSONAL EYE ON OUR PAYROLL. SO THE 1 ST WEEK THE 3 EMPLOYEES WERE CHANGED BACK TO THERE CORRECT BANKING INFORMATION. THE 2ND WEEK OUR PAYROLL WAS NOT PROCESSED BECAUSE INFORMATION WAS CHANGED FOR STEVEN YELLOVICH, I WAS TOLD 3 MORE BANKING ACCOUNTS WERE ADDED TO HIS ACCOUNT AND A DIRECT DEPOSIT WAS ALSO ADDED FOR A MICHAEL NAYLOR. RICK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT SAID THEY CALL MYSELF CAROL ZAKRZESKI AND MARIE WALKER
TO VERIFY THE INFORMATION BUT NOT ON ANSWERED THE PHONE. THERE WERE NO MESSAGES ON EITHER OF OUR PHONES. SO OUR DIRECT DEPOSIT EMPLOYEES WERE NOT PAID. PAYCHEX OPENS AT 8:00 AM SO I CALL THE RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM TO FIN D OUT WHY. IF FIND THIS VERY LAX FOR THE RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT NOT TO FOLLOW THROUGH . I WAS TOLD PAYCHEX HAS A 24 HOUR EMERGENCY AREA TO CALL , WHY DID THEY NOT TRY TO CALL THEM TO SEE WHO CHANGED THIS INFO. NOW TO WEEK 3 SINCE THEY ARE KEEPING AN EYE ON OUT PAYROLL , I DECIDED TO CALL RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM TO VERIFY THAT THIS WEEKS PAYROLL WILL PROCESS AFTER 45 MINUTES AND A CALL TO MY PAYROLL SPECIALIST TREVOR PICKS UP THE PHONE TO RELAY THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM THIS WEEK. SHOULD I BE CONCERNED THAT THE RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IS SO BUSY IT TOOK 45 MINUTES TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS. I HAVE PERSONALLY DEALT WITH PAYCHEX FOR PAYROLL NEEDS FOR 30 PLUS YEARS AND HAVE NEVER FELT AS INSECURE IN PAYCHEX AS I DO NOW.
