I have submitted a feedback and didn’t receive any response. I have sent the message via facebook and Instagram and still no response. I had a terrible experience on 7/21/2023 at your LIC location. I had a free pastry reward that was earned on 7/13. I attempted to use it on 7/21. According to the cashier, there was an error when she tried to check me out. Then she called a gentleman over named George to assist. He look at the screen and accuse me of earning it just now and attempt to use it. I explained to him that is not the case. Then he accused me of scanning someone else’s receipt to earn the reward. I felt extremely offended. I earn it on 7/13 at the bayside location by purchasing pastries for my family. He said do I have to use it today since there is an error. I told him I don’t have to use it today I could use it another day. He said he will put it back to my account. I proceed to pay for the coffee and pastry. I looked on the app for the reward. It didn’t show up. He said it will take a few hours. Today is 7/25, it is still not there. He scammed my out of a free pastry as I have earned it being a loyal customer. What is the point of having the loyalty reward when the staff is going to scam you out of it. I am enrage at the poor customer service George had at the LIC, NY location. It was uncalled for.
