My name is Janice Calo I have wrote once ( email) to panasonic and told of this I don’t recall how long ago but it has been a while. I have a 50″ flat TV I am not going in to all the numbers since I rather wait for some kind of responce it is not needed I feel at this time. Anyhow the Tv we bought was in 2012 and we didn’t put it in the house till 2013 I just bought the house to. not long after having it our lights blinked and the TV didn’t work so we took it to see what was wrong but of course they couldn’t find anything it was still under warrantee, so back home we when not long after that a blink and the TV didn’t work it was out of warrentee but 3 days to a week it would come back on so this is how it has been for all these years I can’t buy another 50″ and we have another OLD TV so were change them out. Now it is running but now it just turns off there is no sleep set and now it sits and we check it to see if it is working it did this once before it went off and came back on went off came back on and then again another day it went of but the next day it was on. I can’t pay to have it fixed and it should not do this. something is wrong with it and I am tired now of waiting for it to come back on. you think you could send me another TV 50 ” for this one and end me something to send this one back and you can find out what is wrong with my TV .
