I am currently working with a new employee that is obviously under the influence of drugs when she comes in to work. On more than one occasion she has been slurring her words, stumbling around, and saying things that make no sense. We work on the same line and I do not feel comfortable going to my team manager because we have had issues in the past where I ended up having to go to HR due to safety violations. When they spoke to her about it, she lied. At this point I’m almost certain that she doesn’t like me and would take nothing I say to her seriously. The employee I’m speaking of is definitely a safety hazard for all of us on that line but nobody wants to say anything. I’m not sure if they just don’t want to be a “snitch”, so to speak, or if they feel the situation will be ignored. I just want to with in a safe environment and I believe that she needs to be drug tested. I’m not going to talk to anyone at the Malvern plant because, like I said, I already reported to them before and nothing was done and the ultimately didn’t believe me. Is like to speak with someone there because it’s a dangerous situation and something needs to be done about it.
At this point I’m not going to put my team email address because I’m afraid it will get back to them and they have my email on file. I’d like to wait for a comment here. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

I am sharing my experience while working with Prarie Packaging/Pactive and Reynolds. I was employed by them since September 2006 till April 2018 when I retired. I requested the form for employment information so my husband and I could visit the Social Security office in Joliet Il to apply for the Medicare coverage since we would not have any medical insurance through my employer. I received the documents only to find out that the paper work on my husband did not have the correct dates. Therefore Social Security penalized him 40% (4 years) of him check because according to the firm that pactive signed it showed he did not have medical insurance for 4 years. I called the people who had signed it but was told they could not go that far back because of a change in their computer system. The location that I was working at in Romeoville closed down, that’s why I decided to retire.
I called the human resource department to tell them the problem on the dates, I was told by an Erica Lescher, who is supposedly the HR rep that she had no clue about the dates because a “Mike” who was the Human Resource Manager in Feb 19, 2018 no longer worked there. I asked to have the number iof the person in charge of veryfying my employment and dates of medical coverage through them. Erica Lescher told me she couldn’t give me the number that she would email the person. Erica Lescher’s response was to call the insurances and figure it out. I’m at my wits end because no one at Pactive can give me any answers on the correction of dates. Because if them my husband is being penalized 40% for 4 years by Social Security because they don’t care to help. I believe I have a right to that corrected information, but no one has the time nor do they care to help in providing me the accurate dates. I have taken Dr. records for every year for my husband’s visits, yet Social Security says they don’t go by that, they need to see the corrected dates and s on the form provided and signed by Pactive. I am going to contact corporate headquarters so they are aware of the negligent HR reps at their office. Erica Lescher at (815)464-3625 doesn’t care to do her job nor does she have the decency to return a simple phone call. I have reached out to Blue Cross and have gotten some answeres but with the Reynolds Services as the name of Health Plan. Don’t know if Social Security will accept that since it doesn’t say Pactive. I’ve also reached out to My Right Choice Benefits with whom we would enroll in Benefits every year. They had me fax a form to verify the dates, but as if 10 days ago I’ve heard nothing. I only ask that they point me in the right direction to be able to get this information. I only ask that the HR department do their job. I feel they don’t care because it is not them being charged the 40%, which to an elder who only has that as an income is a lot.

First let me introduce myself. My name is Dalin patten, I was was a contract employee in malvern, Ar.I started working for your company feb 22.2017. I started out as a packaging associate at your malvern plant I loved what I done then I went to training as a water spider driving the fork lift loved it as well. On Friday april 14.2017 I worked 7a-7p. I complete my shift and go home for the evening got up on say the 15th showed up to work for my shift when I got to the plant my employee card didnt work to let me gain access.. The supervisor who in duty that morning told me I needed to contact the employment service whom I got the job through. On the way home I received a call from the company I worked through. They told me I had been terminated because of safety violations.. I asked what safety violations. She would not tell me till monday morning on april 17.2017.. I would like for some one to please contact me at 501-802-XXXXX. There is some other matters I would like to talk to you about concerns your company is not following security procedures. I have already contacted my attorney in this matter

CEO: Kenneth I. Chenaul my name is Kelly Draper I am an American Express Card holder. I never paid late or being late for my cards. Recently as of December 3, 2014 I called and paid full amount what I own for my charges. $288.77 over the phone. I accidently send $700.00 money order to American Express. I called American Express customer service about my arrow they told me back in December 5,2014 that I was reserving the check in 7 days but here we are December 11,2014 I am still waiting for the check. The Customer service is very rude and nest to me. I made huge mistake by open an account with American Express I was told December 10,2014 that they were sending me the check overnight deliver I never get anything.
