I want the owners of Oncue to be aware that 5 minutes ago u purchased (2) two seltzer 24oz drinks by mistake. I called the Oncue back just to let them know about my situation and confirm it was my mistake, and asked in the utmost respectful way possible if I could exchange them. The answer was no and by policy they can not exchange them after they have left the building. I was just blown away by the way I was treated and talked to. I don’t appreciate it at all. In this case and a few other’s that I have let pass with no attempt to notify management of the disrespect and flat out rudness. So I’ll spend my money at 7-11. I will encourage everyone and everybody I know to do the same. I’m going on to social media and then I will post this as well so I sure hope that oncue get with the program just as 7-11 has
