Jim Griffith is an Oklahoma native, working for his family’s business, Griffith Petroleum. Griffith started his career from the ground up, working for Jack’s convenience stores, which his father owned.
OnCue offers its customers food, drinks, and gas/diesel products.
In October 2018, OnCue opened several locations in Oklahoma residential areas after residents complained that there were few or no safe, clean stores in which to shop.
In April 2023, the online site Energage gave OnCue the Top Workplace award in 2022.
OnCue maintains a corporate office in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
