I have a problem with your billing and collection depts. the bills are confusing and do not explain the charges adequately. I now have accumulated a balance of over $2000.00. Of that amount, I can easily recognize $633.66. I will be sending a check in this amount today.
I have spoken with a representative at least 5 times trying to get the thing settled. I have also been speaking with representatives at my insurance company. Looking at the invoices, they too see a problem. This week they advised me to call and have the claims resubmitted.
NEVER have I had such a difficult experience. Three different women politely asked for my phone so she could call back if we got disconnected. Two others said they were unable to make outgoing calls. Each one was disconnected…no call back! The last woman disconnected after yelling at me that she didn’t care what my insurance company said, that the service was provided and billed. She yelled that “we only bill once.”
I have also filed a complaint with the state’s AG.

Explain to how your point systems works in order to fire or terminate employees? And why do management tell employees if your child is not dead then there isn’t any excuse for one to call out? Do you train your management to be rude and an a-holes?
I contact you a person say the represent your company they said this was a home based job they sent me a check for 4,900.00. To buy supply to start the job. Its a job posting on indeed that set up. I need to know if this your actually company i never done a interview on hangout so i skeptical skeptical

I’m a patient in the Ridgecrest,CA office. I have serious problems and disease in my back . I broke my back 3 years ago the Dr. that was there at that time just laughed at me wouldn’t order an x-ray. After 6 months of pain I can’t even find a word for Dr. Kawar sent me to get an x-ray a CT scan. I went back in the office couple of weeks later he was gone a Dr. Beal had taken his place. He look at the results of the CT scan and told me I needed to have it (my back) fixed right away or my life would be “a living hell” He made a referral to his neurosurgeon friend at UCLA but 2 days later medi-cal said no I had to go to Kern medical I ended up seeing 2 different surgeons . When I went back To Omni Dr Beal ask how it went in UCLA I told him they wouldn’t let me go there and that I had seen 2 others at Kern. He stood up called me a liar, and would never help me again and walked out. That was 2 years ago him and the NP have taken all my history out of my chart, write that I asked for pain meds every visit. said there is nothing wrong with my back, I was told that I’m “old and have to jump hoops” I’m only 56 yrs. old, The NP has faxed in the wrong medication 3 times after I told her I could only take 25mg she made it for 100mg I told her again. Again my Rx was for 100mg that time I wrote it down she then faxed in an entirely different medication that I don’t take at all. It’s now in my chart that I’m hypertensive, when I just the opposite that I’m diabetic when I ;m severely hypoglycemic. I can’t get another Dr. because of what they have put in my chart also on it ‘DO NOT GIVE NARCOTICS” I’ve never abused anything ever I’ve past all the drug test I’ve had nothing for the horrible debilitating pain I have now. I have 9mm of stenosis( supposed to be 11mm of space) so that leaves me 2mm of space for my spinal cord from L-3 to S-1. I have 3 herniated disc 1 slipped so far forward the back of the vertebre sits on the front of the lower one and had a broken L-5 which healed wrong I walk bent forward plus my right side has collapsed into my torso leaving me 4 inches shorter from my shoulder to my waist and my organs are pushed to my left side . This has become life threatening and they both still say nothing is wrong or worse he writes down Lumbago . I am on medi-cal so hee has to refer me to a surgeon which he has refused to do for 2 years. He has some amount of Alzheimer’s, forgetting where he is , forgetting to go to the office for days also has forgotten why I come there. He did give me a referral 2 weeks ago I had to go back to him a couple of days later to ask for MRI he had to ask me for what part and asked who gave me the referral. I have not heard a word about the MRI I can’t see the surgeon without it . Dr Beal writes the wrong things down for reason for MRI so I get denied. I’m alone there is no one to help me do anything my life has been taken from me for nothing I’ve suffered with the pain til I’ve past out. I don’t go out anymore because my body is ugly I can’t wear regular clothes ,I’m loosing weight I’m scared I’m not going to get real help before it’ss too late if it’s not already . I’ve done nothing to deserve any of this. I’m going to loose the use of my legs very soon this could have been prevented if it hadn’t been for Dr. beal and NP Helaine Boggs This is my life I wasn’t done living it. He needs to retire and pay for the horror he has put me through . I need a Dr. ASAP and can do nothing about it. This is not right, help me please. I live 34 miles from nearest town, in the desert about 29 miles from Death Valley. Omni here geets the worst of the worst Dr.s something needs to be done . Thank you Lisa Crafton
