I think it is absolutely insane that the “CSA’s” as Ollie’s employees are told that they will lose are jobs if they cannot push out the “Army Cards” at a rate of 30 percent a week! No other store in this country threatens their employees like that…store 0040 (CLEARFIELD,PA)…CAME RIGHT FROM MANAGERS MOUTH!

Read your conduct code of ethics for your vendors. Maybe Ollie’s shouldn’t carry My Pillow products
I went to the new Ollie’s store in in Del Rio, Tx. I ask an employee how could I talk to about buying a set of mattress and box spring. She called the manager for that department. The manager came asked what I needed and I told him I needed the set and he said was this is what I have and left. Like he didn’t care if he made a sale or not. I asked the same employee if she knew where that manager was so she called him again. Yet again I tried to explain what it was I needed and he told me that is a wrong price on that flyer. I asked to speak to the store manager she was called and told me the same thing. That the can’t validate the price on the flyer that was there for the set of mattress and box spring. The store manager said I was told to flow the binder with all the prices. I told her then I will go to another place to make my purchase for the reason this is false advertising. The store manager said this flyer might have been put by the construction crew not us so it isn’t false advertising.
Hello .i love ollies was a customer of the plymouth mass store yesterdsy i was checking out with my grandson .the cashier was trying to get the plastic bag open asked my grandson to open the bag .i was trying to find my money and focusing on that .my grandson takes bag puts in trash .cashier rolls her eyes discusted and says to me “did u see what he just did: my grandson is austistic and has his own major life issues to deal with .how rude of her .if she had any sense at all would have known he was

I was at ollies on preston… At 8 :58’clock and they had already had doors locked then tried to call to speak to manger and he hung up the phone on me when i was standing right out side… That is bull s**t that your management is that sh**ty…thanks so much stacy..
Regarding your store in zephyrhils florida.was shopping saturday morning .10.am at check out .casher was reelly rude.as i told her i did not want any of the things she was offering and that i didnt want to donate money.and that i only want to pay for my items and check out .she caused a big scene and claimed i swore at her. The manager was just as bad and made a scene instead of asking me the customer what happend.i WILL Be Calling corperate office on monday .hope the whole thing is on video.This was 10am on 11/4/2017.zephyrhills florida.
