Purchased sunglasses on 9/2/2016, glasses are now damaged. Spoke to your supervisor today at NYC location @575 Madison Ave.
Instead of receiving service I was questioned about the extent of the damages and was subsequently advised on how I should’ve cared for my glasses.
After a very long discussion of going back and forth, the supervisor finally agreed to accept my glasses and send for repairs. Although, she mentioned my glasses were discontinued & the issues I have were probably not able to fix.
I would like to swap my glasses for another pair if we cannot fix it. I’m a huge fan of sunglasses and i ha e never had these issues w/ other brand names I own.

Please advise because this is not the experience I had imagined in dealing w/ such a major brand.
Appreciate your prompt response.
