Dresser-Rand Company Corporate Office

Dresser-Rand Company was formed in 1986 as a joint-venture between Dresser Industries and Ingersoll Rand.

When Dresser Industries merged with Halliburton in 1999 its stake in the joint venture was sold to Ingersoll Rand, who then sold it to private equity firm First Reserve Corporation for $1.2 billion. First Reserve took the company public the next year.

Today Dresser-Rand Company is a leading manufacturer of industrial rotating equipment including gas and steam turbines, hot gas expanders, control systems, and centrifugal and reciprocating compressors for use in the power, oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical markets.

The company manufactures and distributes its products through 14 manufacturing sites and 50 service facilities in 30 countries.

New Jersey Resources Corporation Corporate Office

New Jersey Resources Corporation was founded in 1922 as County Gas Company, a gas distributor in New Jersey. In 1929 County Gas was acquired by Public Service Corporation, and operated as part of this company until after World War II.

After the war County Gas was sold to a group of investors for $200,000 in 1948 in order to comply with the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, which stated that a company could not be involved in both gas and electric businesses.

In 1951 County Gas purchased assets of Jersey Central Power & Light and the next year in 1952 the company changed its name to New Jersey Natural Gas Company.

Today New Jersey Resources Corporation distributes gas to over 500,000 business and residential customers in New Jersey. The company’s distribution, transmission, and service are handled through its 14,450 miles of gas mains.

The company trades publicly on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NJR, is a member of the S&P 600, is a member of the Russell 2000, is #699 in the Fortune 1000, has 968 employees, and had $3.74 billion in revenue in 2013.

Southwestern Energy Corporate Office
