Today Friday 26 April 2019 I had the worst experience at the Ogle School-San Antonio. This is the timeline. I called this morning between 10 and 10:30 am, was given appointment for facial 1:30. I arrived and checked in at front desk 1:18.
Plenty of time to notify student of my arrival, the front desk dropped the ball on these. They did not give the ticket to the back office until 2:00. When the appointment time had past by 15 minutes, I went up to Check-in desk to ask what the hold up was, she told me that she would go back and find out, this was at 1:45, she came back and told me that the student was setting up and would be out for me in 5 minutes. Well time past and student came she took me to the facials area and at that time she let me know that she was just given a ticket and she will setup. So the bottom line here is that the management is doing a terrible job. The front desk is the worst customer service and the instructor didn’t provide much assistance either.

Hi my name is Brianna Gaines and I’ve had the worst experience at ogle school in San Antonio Texas. The only credit i give that school is Ms. Norieaga and Ms.O these best instructors they have and the only motivation for me to continue my education there. I was withdrawn 2 weeks away from graduation because of tardiness. I communicated with my instructor and the last jn student services Ms Sylvia about my transportation to school. The only solution they gave me was to leave earlier when I only had one vehicle. My husband is in the military and works nights we stay 45 min always form the school. By the time i got there it was 8:45 on some days I was not late all the time. Furthermore the grace period was if you are there after 8:45 they send you home. Or according to there rules if your late 3 times they send you home. They were picking which students they wanted to send home so the rules didn’t apply to everybody but since my situation was a little different I was picked on A LOT!!. So now I’m withdrawn graduation is on May 10th and I have to wait for them to contact me we agreed to meet on 04/17/19 the director canceled and Ms Sylvia didn’t want to speak to me. I’m trying to finish on time i don’t like my time and money being wasted. I feel like it is ! Nobody at that damn school except the two instructors i mentioned genuinely care about me graduating. I’ve been calling them going up there texting them. I even reached out to TDLR i field a complaint because they said my hours were paid for but when i tried to get them transferred over the school said it wasn’t ! I’m just sick of this shit all i want to do is graduate. I’m not the only student that’s been having problems with them my entire class has problems with the school . It’s fr For the administration to treat me with so much disrespect. I’ve called corporate as well left a voicemail I don’t know what else to do to get yalls attention but this needs to be fixed ASAP before I start getting my lawyer involved.

Well the stylist did What I thought was a great job until I went somewhere else to have my extensions re done somewhere else because the OGLE salon in Arlington doesn’t call paying clients back whose hair they didn’t do right when you call them they don’t do S**T! The “stylist” didn’t put my $200 extensions in the correct way I have pictures to prove it! she didn’t put my extensions in tight like you are suppose to that way it ensures they stay in longer. WORST SALON EVER AS FAR AS PROCESS , ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT…. my consultation advised me where to go buy my extensions and how much she will charge sowing them in which she told me I will charge $100. So I book that appointment which by the way 2 weeks after consultation the stylist doesn’t work that Saturday and to my surprise a different stylist comes to get me and ask what I’m getting down…uhh correct me if I’m wrong but I booked a consultation 2 weeks prior and that stylist booked the actual appointment when I left so how is she not working the day I come in? Ok no big deal the manager ends up having another “qualified stylist” take my appointment , awesome so that stylist does an amazing job! Thank you Yolonda at the Arlington Ogle salon! But before starting on my hair I’m told per manager the price will be not 100$ but 140$ when I brought up how Lucy my stylist who I had the consultation with said $100 I ask why am I getting conflicting prices? I was told no $100 is the starting price, well I’m no idiot and I don’t have hearing problems, ok let’s just get this over and done with I say since I paid $200 for the hair and now the price to put them in has now increased by $40, when done and time to pay now we go from $140 to $145 !!??? I laughed out so loud and said I have 10 witness that heard you personally quote me 140 now your going to increase it another 5$!!?? lol absolutely NOT!!! Well don’t ask why but it ended up costing 145$ apparently monkeys can’t read can’t add and can’t give accurate honest consultations! Before leaving the stylist is verbally expressing how she didn’t put my extensions in tight at all she said I made them more lose since this is your first time. So I leave the salon somewhat happy because I will NOT LIE my hair looked AMAZING and I was satisfied with the results! Well about 6-7 days later I notice my extensions are slipping!!! So I call Ogles and I ask the lady what do I do these were just put in!? She tells me let me notify the head instructor and she will call you back ASAP! That was the following Friday after putting my extensions in. Well guess what? No one called and I followed up the next Wednesday I allowed Friday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday for ogle to call me back 3-4 business days and when I called back the head manager wasn’t in that day and I was told I would get a follow up call. At this point I finally reach my boiling point I tell the rep you told me this last week I don’t believe anyone is going to call me back that’s what I was told the first time I called, she apologized and said what do you want us to do about your extensions slipping? Are you serious I asked? How rude! I said I don’t know what the process is but I want them fixed either tighten them or redo the entire job. Ogles said we won’t redo them there extensions we will redo them if they slip in the first week not the 2nd but I’m sure we can tighten them. So I tell her I called last week which was apart of the first week but since you don’t make sure your manager follows up now we are in the 2 no week. Anyways she promised me a call back the following day! Again NO CALL and I called a 3 red time and refused to get off the phone until a manger took my call and to my amazement I get hung up on! So unprofessional!!! I am going to have to physically walk into OGLES in Arlington I feel to get some type of resolution however I’m tired of dealing with incompetent uneducated unprofessional people who no nothing about doing a great job And making sure there clients are satisfied I was even told by the rep on the phone next time u get extensions go to a professional salon where they can gaurantee there work! Hahahaha are you serious!!? I understand Ogles is a school and the stylist are learning I get that however don’t offer a service and when you can’t perform just run away and ignore it! I actually wrote a 5 star review the day they put my extensions in because I loved the work they did, however when the stylist says I didn’t put them in tight so your head won’t hurt and this causes them to slip within 6-7 days I would have rather chose the headaches because at least they have pills that make those go away! There’s no pill for lazy wannabes ignorant stylist! Well I got these extensions put in February 11,2017 they slipped February 17 and the total cost to get all this done was roughly $350 thank you OGLES IN ARLINGTON FOR NOT WANTING TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER WHO BTW WENT ONLINE RIGHT AFTER LEAVING THE SALON TO POST 5 star ratings and refer all my family and friends! Well not anymore I would only recommend OGLES if you need your hair trimmed only! Anything else please listen to me and go somewhere else! It’s smarter to pay more money to get a professional job done and should anything go wrong have them fix whatever it is u need than save money and when u need them to correct there mistakes completely ignore you!! DONT GO TO OGLES PRO CUTS CAN DO ANYTHING THEY CAN DO BUT BETTER!!!!! Horrible management and policies!! However I’m so beyond pissed that I’m going to come into OGLES this Saturday when there busy and demand all my money back and I’m going to cause a scene so bad there going to start implementing the correct ways to do hair!

Hello my name is Kymberlee Borrego I am a student at the school in San Antonio my instructor (Martha Serda) recently suspended me for 4 days. Today Tuesday February 7, 2017 I get a text from attendance asking my reason for my absence today I called her and she had no idea I was suspended. I don’t know if this is miscommunication between staff or if Ms. Martha just has something against me. I am not one to make complaints but when my education and future get messed with it becomes a problem so far I have lost atleast 30 hours because of this “suspension” which isn’t right. I got suspended for my attitude which everyone has and I’m the only one that I know of that has gotten suspended for it. This can be taken further.

On 07-15-16 I had a facial at Ogle and I also purchased a total of three dermalogica products and they broke me out. I informed them and they insisted that it could not be the products. I told them that I knew for a fact that it was the products. I wanted them to do something to help with break out and they used the same products that broke me out, with the BT and high frequency. The BT only forced the bacteria deeper into my pores increasing the problem along with the same products that started the problem. Several days later the supervisor from facial and myself spoke with Mr. Woods and he told her DO NOT put any products on my face. The supervisor turned me over to one of the students and gave her instructions on what to do. She completed the high frequency and said she was going over my face with something. A few days later I experienced more break out. I went back to Ogle a couple of days later for another treatment. At this point I have a lot of bumps over my whole face. I saw the girl that did my last treatment and asked her what did she rub on my face after she finished the high frequency treatment. She told me what it was and I asked her if it was a dermalogica product and she said yes. Seriously, they used the same products on my face two more times after I told them that the products broke me out. They used them again after Mr. Woods told them do not use any products on my face. My dermatologist is still trying to correct the mess Ogle made of my skin.

On 07-15-16 I had a facial at Ogle and I also purchased a total of three dermalogica products. About a week later I noticed that I had hundreds of little bumps on my forehead. I stopped using the products and a few days later I went back to Ogle and told them the product were breaking me out. They insisted that it could not be the products. I told them that I knew for a fact that it was the products. I told them I needed something to get rid of the bumps. They gave me a facial with BT and high frequency. This was suppose to get rid of the bumps so I was all for it. The BT is something that basically scrap the top layer of your skin off. This was a very bad idea because it only forced the bacteria from the bumps deeper into my pores and caused the bumps to enlarge and bacteria to spread. A few days later I had a lot more bumps on my face(forehead and upper sides). I went back to them a few days later and informed them that I had more bumps from their procedures. I asked them what did they use on my face. They told me that they used dermalogica products. Seriously, that used same dermalogica products that I told them that broke me out. I’m sure they used these products because they didn’t believe they broke me out. They later told me that these products were the only products that they use. The manager was on vacation so I waited until the next week to speak with him. On Tuesday of the following week I spoke with the manager and explained what was going on. He talked to the supervisor over facial and myself. He asked her if they could do something to get rid of the bumps without using products and she said yes. They could do high frequency treatments. He told her to do that and don’t put any products on my face. I told her that is why I have more bumps. I continued going to Ogle for treatment for the next several weeks. They gave me 7 or 8 free treatments and then ended them long before my face finished breaking out. The treatments helped clear up my forehead but it only made my jaw area worse. I took time off work from the last week in July to around the end of September for high frequency treatments and because I had a face full of bumps…and a face full of red bumps after treatments. My skin was so bad I went to a dermatologist on Sep 12th and she told me that it would be about two months for the medication to work. It has been almost two months and my skin still has a long way to go before I get back to having no bumps on my face. I didn’t have any bumps on my face when I went in for that facial on July 15, 2016.
They told me that the files were purged and they threw my file away 2 to 3 weeks after my first break out. A new one was started and 2 to 3 weeks later they couldn’t find it. I was going through my purse and I found a few diagrams of my face that they sometimes give clients after a procedure. I still have the diagram of my face that they gave me after my facial on July 15th that shows I didn’t have a bump on my face. I’m a 51 y/o female and I have never seen anyone’s face break out as bad as mine.
I paid for facials and treatments at Ogle. I have missed 8–12 hours of work per week for 9 or 10 weeks. I had to pay for a dermatologist and medication.
Ogle shouldn’t touch another face. I had nice skin and now it’s a mess. I got a facial, purchased products and thing went down hill from there. It has been several months and my dermatologist is still trying to correct the mess they made of my skin.
