Good morning Ocwen Corporate Staff. I’m send this email in hopes that my husband and I can get some assistance in getting our current loan issue situated???
My father-in-law passed away January 2019. The probate process to change property ownership to my husband is completed as of 04/08/19 by Volusia county Judge. We have provided “ALL” documents to make this process happen and yet we’re still waiting for your representatives to complete the request! Our lawyer has advised us to run like hell, because to date all we’re getting is the run-around when all we wanted to do was refinance with OCWEN, obtain a new mortgage, keep things as is???
If someone could respond and explain to us why this process is like pulling teeth I’d appreciate it?
Thank you.

To Ocwen: I was in chapter 13 for 5 years and paid all of my payments on time and then since November 2016 up until now I have been paying Ocwen directly with all payments on time as well with cashed checks to prove it. I sent the April payment of 2018 which I have a copy and they have not cashed it and I sent the May payment of 2018 certified and they signed for it but did not cash it yet they are saying I am 120 days past due which I am not. I have contacted my attorney which he has sent them numerous doXXXXentations along with speaking with the Ombudsman and still we are waiting for them to correct their records along with taking off the derogatory remark on Experian which I have also sent doXXXXents to prove I have never been behind on my mortgage and it is currently in dispute. How do you get this resolved so I can get on with my daily business that I need to do? Who can take care of this in upper management.? Please contact me or my attorney Ken Spears Law at 405-236-XXXXX to get this corrected.

ii am mortgage holder and requesting is ocwen going to proceed legally with informing bankruptcy court that the account has been defaulted again. the person who filed chapter 13 has defaulted again on account. the full mortgage payment is not being made for the last year. the current montly is $1,055 a month. $969 is instead being paid. also the account has been pass due two months behind for an entire year. i would like to know why ocwen has not informed bankruptcy court this account is in default. everytime this account is in default, ocwen should be notifying the bankruptcy court of such default.

To ocwen,
I am sole mortgage holder of loan#7195713701 with ocwem. I have filed chapter 7 and my debt discharged. I have requested ocwen close my account and no future payments be excepted. They have not followed through and continue to except payments from a third party who lied to court my debt was theirs and filed chapter 13 and was granted payment arrangement on my debt. This 3rd party is not keeping payments as agreed and ocwen has had to go back and forth to court to enforce payment. I have asked ocwen to notify court the 3rd party is not the legal debtor and request chapter 13 be dismissed. Ocwen still has done nothing. I am seeking help from headquarters in resolving this matter. I wish for my case to be closed, no more collection on account, and to surrender property back to bank. Please contact me regarding this matter.
