253-01 Rockaway Boulevard 5 Towns Shopping Centerer Queen NY 11422 Cashier named Diane African American about 40 years of age or so, she works the Return desk and I complained to your store manager and a female area manager that was in the store as well, they got to see me yelling at your cashier that she was wrong and saw 80-year-old mother sad walking away.
I will file a complaint against you if I don’t hear from you, I have video proof and witnesses’ proof to prove it, one of your cashiers refused to assist my mother and I, she then told us to MOVE OVER, she had decided to help FIRST A BLACK COUPLE and had to the nerve to tell my Latina Mom and I we have to wait and move over??? because she decided she was taking care of the other couple… so an Africans American cashier refused to take care of Latina women (one disabled) who were FIRST ONLINE, READY TO EXCHANGE ITEMS???? so she could take care of A AFRICAN AMERICAN COUPLE ……………..THIS IS RACISTS. She needs to be fired otherwise I will go public an embarrass her, she should not be discriminating against anyone I am a disabled Latina, shopping with an 80-year-old. Called 04/11/2018 was told Martin Jaramillo would return my call in 10-15 minuets as he was with a customer. Did not call back
Called 04/17/2018 Martin answered called. Took down order number put me on hold for 25 minuets phone his line hung up.
Called 877-897-1910 number again it went to after hours answering service. Woman took my information and said she would have someone call me back.
Still waiting……………..
