Hello,
I would like to inform you of the unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate behavior of the manager at the factory 2 u/fallas store located in Santa Ana, California on Edinger street. She is a large heavy set hispanic woman who is in her 50’s or 60’s. I do shop there a lot when I am in the area. That female manager is not suitable to be manager there. On many of my visits there, I have heard her use profanity in a loud conspicuous manner in front of customers. I have also seen her showing lack of courtesy to customers. No smiling, greeting, or thank you’s. The other day, I was there and again, she failed to show common courtesy. She never once greeted me. Her demeanor was not welcoming at all. She say have a good day or anything…? How can you guys hire a manager like her??? Many of her cashier employees have a better attitude than she does. She should be replaced with a better manager soon. Perhaps, that will increase your sales, attract more customers, and help you expand. I think her name is Margaret, but I am not sure. Good quality services are important too.

I came in Sep 11, 2018 to exchange my son’s pants at the store off of Mack rd in Sacramento , CA and The manager Alisa was very rude stating I cant exchange it nor refund w/o receipt but clearly it states by the register otherwise-( Exchange for equal value) . So I asked her to call her manager because how rude and disrespectful she was and how the policy says otherwise on the exchange. The manager stated to allow the exchange for the same pair of jeans . So I left my items with her , my macys bag, clothes I was going to purchase as well my keys since I was already in a transaction . The manager Alise said she watch it while I run over to find the exact same pants but different size. Upon returning , my brand New car Keys were missing and they failed to ask me my name and phone number just incase they show up- I called the cops and the manager lied to us coming back the next day to view the cameras. I came back the next day – they tried to kick me out the store because I stated the manager stole my keys because she was responsible for them … Remind you I am 7.5 months pregnant and the Fellas security put his hands on me trying to push me out the store while waiting for the cops to come. Horrible negligence experience from Fellas … Been trying to call the legal dept to speak to them in regards to emotional distress and for my keys to my brand new vehicle and much more. Noone called me back – they have been ignoring me for 2 weeks now …

Its okay this is the worst i ever heard. We were told fitting rooms were closed due to not enough staff and stated to have 10 year child to change on store floor. And they also have a no refund policy if clothes dont fit. Is this a scam and privacy of customers. He states to have people change on floor of store. I think i need an attorney for this one
Thanks for the wonderful shopping experience. I will not return.

Good evening,I am an educator at Turner Elementary School, 2001 Leonard Ave., Albany, GA. I am emailing not about your customer service but for assistance with my ELA/ S. Studies 4th grade classes. I currently teach 70 students with 25 of them reading on grade level. Our school is 100% free lunch and many of our students live in single parent homes. My students have to deal with many issues like coming home alone, not having lights/water at times, not having food to eat, no clean clothes or shoes that fit, having to take care of younger siblings, just to name a few. This is my 23 year teaching (19 years at Turner) 1st year in 4th grade and I want to be able to encourage the other 45 students to read and know that reading is fun. I have been giving rewards to my students that are doing great things in class like completing homework, bringing back assignments that were due, and passing quizzes. I began this the 2nd week of school and scores have gone from only 5 students passing quizzes to 15 passing the quizzes, thats including the students are are reading on grade level. I’m at work every day until 5, planning for the next day just to ensure I have fun creative activities that will actively keep them engaged. I’m emailing you to see if you could help me in any way with books, supplies, or gift cards that can encorage them to continue to strive towards success. All my students want is to know that they are appreciated and I want them to know and understand that an education can take them anywhere. I tell them every day that I want them to be better than I am and that an education can make that happen. Can you help me with my goal of making them GREAT? Thanking you for your help!!!

something not good is happening in the Fallas Store in Methuen, MA # 545.The store manager hired seven people who are family. There two spouses and there are some family members. Some of them use last name of their father and the others use the last name of their husband or wife. If you check the cameras, you can know who are because they work with cell phone. They use your cell phone constantly while they are working. This privilege is only for the employee that are from the Puerto Rico because the store manager is from Puerto Rico.

We get robbed everyday and the store manager Veronica a says to let the store get robbed so people don’t get hurt! There’s no security at all or management doesn’t care about our safety and customers!

I was racially profiled in the Dallas Harlem New York store on 116st and Lenox avenue. U always come to this particular location to shop but I also go to look around to see what new merchandise the store has. As I was exciting the store I was asked to open my napsack by the security even though I never once took my anag off my shoulders as I was browsing the store…I was furious and embarrassed when the guard accused me of taking something although I had nothing but my own personal belongings in my bag.. I thinking about suing your store …no one should be treated like that

I work at Somerville #549 store here in Massachussetts, my car was towed right of parking lot. towing company didn’t even bother to find out if the vehicle belonged to a customer or associate. I was working on a sunday , the store closes at 8:30pm, we supposedly need some sticker for the cars of all employees, this was never mentioned to me, I payed 162.30 to release my vehicle from towing lot, which was pretty far away. I do not live in Somerville. I would like to know how I can get reimbursed from Fallas, or I can start looking for work somewhere else…cant afford for my car to get damaged or towed cause of these money hungry towing co. I was working at the time not chilling or hanging out. WORKING at Fallas.

I work for Fallas Perez store number 239 the manager here is very very disrespectful her name is Barbara I’m not too sure what is her last name but she treats the staff like crap since I’ve been here I’ve been here maybe three weeks and about maybe a dozen of people probably have quit because of the way she treats her style she has her own family members work here where she treats differently than the other employees she’s just a very very nasty lady

North town plaza Fallas Pareses uses all of their outside racks to block sidewalk. Several handicapped customers have complained that they can’t get through but the manager just looks at you stupid and says her district manager did it or she just says oh well and walks back to her office. If no one wants to remedy this situation, I am going to contact whoever is in charge of handicap violations. There is a handicap building across the street as well as one less than a mile away. And people in wheelchairs shouldn’t have to dodge cars and tackle speed bumps so you can push those tacky clothes.
