I’m in jeopardy of losing my apartment and car . I put in a request for 1,500.00? Fifteen-hundred dollars is all I needed to keep me from being evicted and losing my car and my welfare and lively hood did not matter to the parties who handled my situation. Only getting individuals off the phone so they could start they three day weekend. I’m in jeopardy. I was in touched with Mr. Johnny Johnson who tried to help but realized that the staff I spoke with messed up the account. Hopefully I can get this issue resolved as I told the Representatives for National Life Group How can a company be identified with unprofessional individuals who cares nothing about the client welfare.Today is September 2, 2019 I have to have my funds by September the 3, 2019. On August 15, 2019 I called National Life Group to request a withdrawal from my annuity account. The paperwork was submit and lost at the same time of submission on the same date. Told to me later”quote from FBanna. Ms. F Banna stated that she would resend the paperwork and fill it out and send to imaging as well as a copy to her via-email, which I did. From 15 of August to the 22 of August problem not solved. Ms. F Banna stated it will take five days for the funds to be in my bank account. I explained to Banna Faten that I had two months of hardship. I needed the money for rent and car note. I never heard anything back from Banna concerning the withdrawal.
Between August 15, 2019 I was emailing her and calling to ask why I did not receive a deposit? I sent imaging a copy of the paperwork and still no answer. I called on August 27, 2019 to inquire about the deposit again, This time I spoke with Daniel I again explained the situation to Daniel. This time I called Honda Finance Corporation to assure Honda of payment and have National life Group Rep to speak to Honda concerning this withdrawal and payment. Daniel stated to Honda Finance that on August 30, 2019 money would be deposited into my bank account. Daniel stated he had to put Honda Finance and myself on hold to inform his supervisor Sbudziak@ nationalife.com we waited online for Thirty minutes the first time and 15 minutes the next another hold for 15. Daniel said no worries to Honda the money will be in her account on August 30, 2019 in a recorded conversation with Honda Finance Corporation.
August 30, 2019 I called 1-800-8939 and Sharon answered the phone I inquired about my request and was it deposit into my bank account. Sharon stated “No”, it was not and we did not receive any paper work concerning a withdrawal that I had office depot to send a copy via email to Sbudziak@ nationalife.com. Sbud did not expedite my paperwork at all, like she stated to Daniel she was going to do Per: Sbud the supervisor. My paperwork was simply ignored. Sharon ask if I wanted to speak to a supervisor after holding on the phone for 15 minutes hoping I would hang up. I was put on Hold five times each 20 minutes each. Before Sharon transferred me after holding so long in five times in different increments. Before Sharon transferred me to Anebe would was to take the call and speak to me about my situation and the urgent of the matter to get my deposit asap. I heard right before the phone transferred “We’er on Holiday ” send it to voice mail.
Now I’m in jeopardy of losing my car and a place to stay. I did not appreciate the way my situation was handled and ignored by your unprofessional staff who did not know what they were doing for me. My welfare did not have value, state of emergency did not matter to your Representatives, only going on Holiday and getting individuals off the telephone.
Johnny who’s my advisor tried to clean up the mess that the other representatives made but Johnny stated I have to talk to NLG upper management team to get this resolve.
