United of Omaha Life Insurance Company,
We don’t know who to address this to, but here are our concern. There is a lot of noise going around about our country getting rid of the paper dollars. If this happens what happens to our funeral and burial situation. My husband and I have whole life with your company. My husband is in his 80′ s and I am in my 70’s. We are on a limited income and we need to know how this would work out for your company and us. We hope that it NEVER happens, but just to know for sure what the plan is, we are interested in understanding the “PLAN” and where you and those who have the same problem we do, stand.
Thank you for the help you will give to us concerning our future.
Sincerely
Linda Clement

PART ONE OF TWO (You can stop reading at the end of “Part One” if by then you know you would not be interested in the rest)
Dear Sir/Ms–Employees, Executives at United Of Omaha Life Insurance Company and/or Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company:
With several degrees and certificates and professorial experience over 50 years and 7 months in the subject nationally and internationally, I am an aerobics activity leader and physical fitness specialist, also expert in all major forms and variations of dance and still going strong at age 82 with no foreseeable end. Yet I need not the $10,000.00 you offer, not necessarily even the $25,000.00 as combined, but primarily the $100,000.00 Life Insurance policy. You don’t seem to offer one in the flyers you have been sending me recently. New York Life through the AARP does offer it, however. The problem is they base their age limits of 45-75 on no longer applicable statistical averages of the bygone 20th Century not on the ever increasing applicability of fit older citizens through and well beyond ages 82-85 in the 21rst Century.
I hope you realize how unfair it is that while a group of aerobics class participants between age 45-75 could get New York Life Insurance Company’s $100.000.00 life insurance, the same would be refused for their activity leader at 82 they are trying to keep up with. What that class involves is described in context of the rest of PART TWO of this message (and in the APPENDIX below my second signature line) designed for you and your executives as food for thought whereby they would consider opening up a whole new and profitable dimension of at least a $100,000.00 Life Insurance Policy like what I request herein—even on top of the $25,000.00 as combined I may already qualify for.
If you are not interested, at least let me just quickly clarify unmistakably that what I continue with is my case study for the feasibility, and profitability potential, of life insurance based not only on the chronological but at least in exceptional cases–that seem to increase every year–also on the biological age of those who seek it.
If I cannot get even the $25,000.00 end of life insurance by paying the premium myself for 2 or 3 of my–to be named–beneficiaries who could not afford to do so, then you could stop reading here and as a matter of common courtesy, just send me by email to drgfpsai at yahoo.com your kind and sympathetic response saying that you are sorry, but your company cannot accommodate requests such as mine.
Very truly yours,
Dr. Gusztav Fogarassy (Ph.D.) Pro Se Attorney International (DRGFPSAI) Email: as above. Phone: 507-532-XXXXX
OTHERWISE KEEP ON READING—it is long (though not as long as the information you have been cordially sending to me) because it also includes the details of my case study relative to the whole new dimension of biological age insurance provision in exceptional cases that–however imperceptive now it may or may not be to you, will grow until impossible to ignore. This is a chance to catch up with it. You came close with your 45-85 range, but can you match the amount of New York Life’s $100,000.00 offer?
PART TWO OF TWO
As a realist, knowing from unfortunate family example that accident can happen any time to anyone, I need a $100,000.00 life insurance also a $25,000.00 death benefit insurance from you with my estate (will have estate manager) and specifiable loved ones named as beneficiaries. Naturally, I am prepared to pay you about $350 upwardly negotiable monthly premium for the two. I accept, in advance, the two year initial phase conditions and related terms you set, excluding the “No medical exam, no health questions” one, but including the rest of the guarantees on the ICC11L057P and PL27516-5cMN (state equivalent) forms you offer for people age 45 to 85 except anything that would negate the kind of insurances I need as specified and justified herein.
To reiterate from, and elaborate on Part One, I am a fitness and wellness professional at age 82 still very much active in this particular field and several related ones nationally and internationally and expect to continue doing so for “as long as human life can be imagined” that my mother predicted for me in her 94th year. She herself could have become a living example of this prediction but due to a freak accident unrelated to her health and fitness status she died before she could realize it.
While I thank you very much for sending me by postal mail over the past several weeks numerous life benefit and death benefit insurance offers, they are unrealistic for me because of their being based on the chronological age representing a statistically average population, the so called—excuse me the term—“rank and file” most insurance companies’ advertisements seem to target with very little, or no regard whatsoever for the actual biological age of an ever-growing population of individuals still fit and healthy to age 75-85 with no apparent counter indications whatsoever to continuing way beyond.
So here you are, United and Mutual of Omaha Life Insurance Companies, on the brink of being lumped together with the often much less prestigious insurance services. Your long and outstanding service for the public places you several ranks above the later, but if they adopt my biological age insurance category idea before you do or if you don’t do that at all, you risk sinking several ranks below them.
Now, if you already have an insurance program for the biological age exceptions category at least as advantageous as your chronological age one, I apologize for doubting you before I made certain whether you do have such program or not. Let me know for sure one way or the other, because, in the insurance offers you have been sending me so profoundly, the said category was conspicuous by its absence. Therefore I figured, however erroneously perhaps, that you do not have such program for exceptionally healthy and fit people up to and over age 75-85 and beyond.
In case you had such a program already, or could implement one starting by fulfilling my request, please do ask for medical examination and my answers to any health question relative to verification of my life expectance/longevity potential.
I could also personally lead your company employees–staff and executive officers–through an introductory physical fitness-aerobics activity class that I already described thoroughly for you starting in PART ONE AND TWO herein, and concluding in the APPENDIX below, as I will repeat for emphasis, under my second signature line. With the said information you could immediately invite me to give that class and I would follow up on it upon receiving the actual invitation from you by any means that would indicate to me that I am welcome to give the class I offered, and then I would indicate to you that I would start out form Marshall, Minnesota to arrive at your location in Omaha, Nebraska on the date and time we mutually agreed upon and leave after the event per se has also transpired accordingly. Either the employees in general taking the class with the executive leadership sitting all around and observing the actions/proceedings, taking notes for questions and comments; or the regular employees would do the same and the executive leadership would be the active participants, or ideally both together on the same floor space at the same time then asking questions and making comments after the class exercise activities have ended.
IT GOES even without saying that any and all genders are encouraged and welcome to participate. Also, that I am traveling and if need to be, staying overnight in a local motel—all at my own expense. In other words all risks are mine, you have nothing to lose except your possible doubting whether or not I can deliver the class for you as I proposed herein. I described my class for you, as I said, in the APPENDIX (under my signature particulars) to help you decide whether to invite me or not.
MY CLASS MAY ALSO HELP the uninitiated realize that the absence of illness does not necessarily mean health because health without fitness cannot be gained if one does not work for it almost every day, although with systematic regularity and appropriate content three workouts per week would be perfectly enough for the purpose. If you skip one, “forgive yourself and return to your regular schedule” paraphrasing Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper, the father of Modern Aerobics to whom I owe my accomplishments in the field. He called me his colleague after seeing my innovation “Cooperobics” that I presented at the 1991 International Course at the Hungarian University of Physical Education (HUPE). I also helped arrange the entire summer program that he and the expert staff he brought along with him presented absolutely free for Hungary. The HUPE ceremoniously awarded him the honorary Ph.D. in Physical Education. I needed this logical digression to deliberately impress you with the fact that I do have the background to deliver to you the practical experience needed in your insurance business to know what fitness is and how it can be obtained and maintained in years beyond all previous estimations.
I WOULD LEAD that introductory class with all the necessary precautions and safety measures pertaining thereto. With the above and what follows next I will provide in the APPENDIX what amounts to a thoroughly detailed, practical explanation in writing that could guide your future insurance decisions and policies. I caution your people in advance about working out just once a week especially if it is an unsuspected fun and entertainment activity that hides a potential threat to health like most ballgames on weekends on the beach or at other suitable places—there are numerous other once a week, intensive physical activity examples. In other words, if you are a so called “weekend warrior,” make sure to notify your friendly neighborhood undertaker doing business by the attractive trade name, “The Glassy Eyes Funeral Parlor” to stand by because his services may be needed.
IF PROOF of my qualifications by medical exam and answers to health questions would not be enough for obtaining the insurances I request, I could throw in the balance the above suggested introductory aerobics-physical fitness activity class. It would demonstrate before your own eyes how grossly unfair and unjust it would be to withhold from me any chronological age-category benefits or even higher ones relative to my biological and professional health and fitness status when—and now get this!:
YOU COULD CLEARLY SEE thus far herein as continued herewith and in the APPENDIX that within the 45-75 chronological age category, most people would have to work hard at their safe level of intensity, be it beginning, intermediate or advanced, in order to keep up with my particular activity leader’s level at my chronological age of 82. Not just highly intelligent insurance exponents like you as addressed above, but even a fool would recognize the physical challenge the followers of my lead face at my actual biological age that is somewhat below or somewhere in the middle of their 45-75 chronological age category.
BEAR IN MIND THAT THE CHRONOLOGICAL AGE OVER 60-65 ALREADY RANKS ME IN CATEGORY WITH THE “I HAVE FALLEN AND CAN’T GET UP” AND OTHER COMPROMISED HEALTH SUB-POPULATIONS, UNFORTUNATES THROUGHOUT MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE I TRIED TO AND COULD HAVE HELPED AVOID THAT FAITH HAD THEY KNOWN ABOUT AND ACTUALLY JOINED, LIKE MANY OTHERS DID, MY FITNESS CLASSES I OFTEN HAD ADVERTISED AND MADE AVAILABLE IN THE USA AND ABROAD. IT MEANS THAT MY ACTUAL BIOLOGICAL AGE WOULD BE THAT OF AN IMPRESSIVELY FIT AND HEALTHY MALE CHRONOLOGICALLY AT AGE 55-65 OR EVEN LESS.
How much less or perhaps more is what I am willing to have examined for your information by means of reaching the appropriate heart rate on the treadmill promptly followed by echo cardiogram, later also full cardio-vascular fitness treadmill test with heart rate-recording electro-cardiogram. All as part of a complete head-to-toe physical examination of the body’s vital organs and systems including lab-tests and other diagnostic tools selectively such as may be warranted: MRI and/or Cat-Scan, Doppler Ultrasound, Rontgen and/or other as may be appropriate.
ALL THESE IF REQUESTED and/or seem to be necessary to justify your rendering the insurance services that I requested herein. This complete physical would not cost you even a penny.
EVERYTHING IS NEGOTIABLE so what have you got to lose? You can only gain tremendous advantage over your competitors by expanding on my biological age-adjusted insurance idea in your own ingenious ways.
A WORD OF CAUTION to those wonderful ladies and gentlemen who are the “first responders”–in the finest business sense of the concept–to the incoming telephone calls and email communications. Please do not risk accidentally or otherwise rejecting this online email request of mine however knowledgeable as experts in knowing and interpreting company policies you may very well be or–correction–absolutely certain that you are–otherwise you would not have been the firsts to receive and evaluate my request. Nevertheless, in case you would be inclined to reject it, kindly do both me and your company executives a favor by passing it along to them thereby giving them a chance to look at it executively, and discuss with you its relative merits or the lack of it, thereby also giving me a second chance to get it approved. I am looking forward to your hopefully favorable response at your earliest convenience.
With all good wishes cordially yours,
Dr. Gusztav Fogarassy

AND NOW THE APPENDIX THAT, AS I PROMISED, TELLS YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IF YOU INVITE ME TO CONDUCT AN AEROBICS ACTIVITY/PHYSICAL FITNESS SPECIALIZATION CLASS.
Irrespective of my readiness to share with you copies of all my pertinent credentials, medical exam reports—previous and any forthcoming ones you may request–along with my answers to any legitimate health questions I wished you would ask, you may still doubt my considerably high biological life expectancy and longevity as compared with the statistics of the so called “rank and file” chronological average most insurance companies tend to use as guide for insurance eligibility however unrepresentative it may be of the exceptions such as I am among many anonymous others at large.
To dispel this doubt I could, as I initially explained in context of “PART TWO” above, conduct at your respective companies, by invitation, a class in aerobics-physical fitness open to all your employees and including also executives, starting by determining the exercise capacity of each participant. For even if they comprise an “apparently healthy population” by basic exercise safety criteria, I must make each individual one of them aware of any possible contraindication to exercising on the beginning, intermediate or advance level relative to the duration, intensity and specificity and any other relevant aspects of the workout and suggest in applicable cases that they should sit out on the side and just watch the class and later join a regular chair or wheelchair exercise class or at any rate one approved medically and from which, as warranted, they can progress to or maintain an appropriate fitness level. Hopefully such opportunity would be available in their area.
Otherwise with a safe initial number of repetitions for muscle strengthening power exercises determined, and for aerobics after testing the difference in heart rates while lying down then rising and standing upright, and calculating the appropriate target heart rate relative to age and estimated fitness level—I use the Karvonen method—we could get started. To ascertain that the participants do not exercise considerably above or below the aforesaid rate, a ten second pulse check (the result multiplied by six for the one minute total) either by light finger touch or wrist-worn pulse monitor, must be performed while walking around in a circle at regular intervals about two or three times during a one hour class.
Ideally different levels are taught in separate classes. When only one class time and place is available for all three levels—as it probably would be in this case–the leader selects fundamentally the same kind of exercises for all three of them. The followers are led to adjust for high, medium or low intensity in accordance with their respective levels. To give them time to perceive kinesthetically what needs to be adjusted next after an exercise segment, the leader must keep calling it out in advance, while the previous one is still going through the adjustment by the followers. The leader simultaneously calls-forecasts, demonstrates and supervises the resultant interlaced movements as reciprocated by the followers not less and no more intensely—I must reiterate– than set up initially for them at the their particular levels.
This absolutely requires that the leader not turn his or her back to the participants and face a mirror along with them who are behind that leader. This may be appropriate in some center practice dance training for exact replication of the indispensible technical details for seemingly effortless artistic expression however high powered if not outright super athletic or acrobatic otherwise it may be. In group exercise of the kind I describe here in a theoretical nutshell and offer to give you a sample in practice, if while leading the class the leader turns his or her back to the followers, he or she may miss someone behind him (or her) exercising inadequately, dangerously or destructively. Therefore, he or she must face the followers while calling out and demonstrating the particular exercise ingredients, also in order to spot those whom the exercise may seem to affect adversely, and personally provide and/or immediately call for appropriate help.
With this I am closing this communication for stating my above described insurance needs requesting that you kindly consider it favorably and start arranging their fulfillment. I am looking forward to your response at your earliest convenience.
Cordially,
Dr. Gusztav Fogarassy, Pro Se Attorney International (PSAI)*

Now due cirXXXXstances beyond her control, she has not been able work on this.
We can not wait till she gets back to it!
Joe’s home address was Columbia MO and still is living on the family farm. The post office has changed the address over the years, but currently is: , Columbia, MO 65203. The phone number is 573-447-XXXXX (home) or cell 573-823-XXXXX.
Please help. I would think a policy that cost $50,000.00 should be stood behind, NOT forgotten or ignored.
